We visited to do the horse-sleigh ride at night and it was pretty neat. Definitely make a reservation and definitely go for the evening. They have open firepits to hang at until the sleigh is ready. Not all the drivers are great and you'll want...More

My boyfriend and I went to Nestlenook this past weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful while we were there. The price was a bit much, $10 per person for skating, not including rentals. The pond was some what well maintained. The music they play...More

I booked a private sleigh ride to introduce two friends who'd never been on a sleigh before. The ride came with Champagne and thankfully the weather wasn't too cold so we were able to enjoy our cold beverages without feeling like we were freezing. The...More

Why do you advertise this establishment a RESORT? At best it is barley a place to sleep. No maid service, No vending machines, No ice machines, No pool, No hot tub, No Employees (except wonderful girl @ front desk), No animals(except 2 deer inside an overgrown pasture), water barely warm in WHIRLPOOL tub in room, not even a cup of coffee, No swan boats, bicycles are there but most have flat tires, GROUNDS are in deplorable condition, at over $125.00 night (Groupon rate!) This has got to be the biggest rpoff in the area, maybe even fraude, ZERO customer service. AGAIN PLEASE EXPLAIN TO EVERYONE OUT THERE HOW IS THIS A RESORT?
