We booked this after reading all the glowing reviews and were somewhat puzzled after seeing the property in person. The entry way carpet was dirty and the room smelled musty with very dated bedding and furniture. The pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in some time (dead bugs, leaves and sticks). On the plus side, the owners were...

We stayed for 2 nights. This is run more like a bed and breakfast. It clean, comfortable and quaint. The hotel is in a lovely location in Jackson with free breakfast, a nice pool, tennis courts and lovely grounds including being right next to a pretty river. Our room on the end of the building was very quiet. Our room was...

We stayed just one night at the Lodge but will certainly be back. This is a charming hotel in a bed and breakfast style...Very cozy and CLEAN. The room was spacious and immaculate with modern amenities including free WIFI. There is a lovely sitting room in the lobby area with comfortable couches, chairs and a fireplace; a tennis court, clean...

We went to The Lodge At Jackson Village in Jackson, NH for our honeymoon. The room was fabulous, mountain view and the Ellis river, and a beautiful garden , we saw it all right from our balcony. Every morning, Cathi made homemade oatmeal, blueberry muffins right out of the oven, apples, oranges, orange juice, five different kinds of cereal, apple...

Excellent choice, very happy with our stay at the Lodge. Very quiet hotel with a Bed and Breakfast feel. Fresh, gourmet breakfast options baked every morning and coffee all day! The best part of the Lodge is that it is just outside of North Conway so you avoid the traffic and are close enough to all of the shopping and...

We took our children age 4 and 6 to StoryLand and stayed at the Lodge. It was everything they promised on their website (clean, comfortable, friendly atmosphere, close to StoryLand - 2 minutes). The kids had a great time, also loved the tennis, pool and homeade cookies every day!! Great restaurants close by and beautiful views. We stayed on the...

This is the perfect place to stay with kids, specially if you are planning to go to Storyland. Yes, it is literally TWO minutes from Storyland. We were so happy that we were taking the right turn to go to the Lodge and not taking the left turn onto traffic like everyone else to North Conway. We were so happy...

An ideal hotel for any family visiting Storyland (or any attractions in the area). The hotel is clean, convenient and well-maintained, and has a helpful, personable staff. It is great for families, as it has a pool, tennis court, playground and sandbox, a beautiful lawn, and laundry machines. The breakfast featured fresh-baked muffins, breads, and oatmeal, along with cereal, fruit,...

When I was looking for a place to stay for our family vacation, I knew I wanted "non commercial" and away from the traffic of North Conway and the Lodge at Jackson Village provided just that! How many Hotels can you walk into and be greeted by name, by the person behind the front desk?! The room was quaint and...
