I did this as a timeshare exchange. There are some separate buildings of apartments with parking at each. The check-in area is separate from the places where you stay. There are 2 stories but no elevator. I was glad to have a ground floor though there is a very high step to the landing and another fairly high step into...

Love that the room came fully stocked with everything we might need (dishes/silverware, full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.). There was enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Love the whirlpool tub in master bedroom. Good amenities to keep busy in down time (pool, arcade, gym). Nice view.

Just spent a week at The Summit and loved it. We read the various reviews and they ran the gamut from great to dreadful. Most of the issues related to the quality of the unit. We made a call before we visited and requested one of the newly refurbished units. When we arrived we were happy to hear that our...

We were there for a family celebration and rented two units at top prices.Knew nothing about the resort except the location. It was hard to get accurate information at booking. Ended up getting delux suites as did not want units above us ( info from reviews) The resort has many positives especially staff. Units were overall clean but smell of...

We stayed at the Summit Resort this September 2016 and found the grounds and accomodations very nice. The condo was very, very clean and roomy. We had everything we needed for the week. The grounds were inviting and the pool quite nice. I would come back to this resort!!

We stayed in unit 205 and we could not have wished for more. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and all in good condition. The grounds are well maintained and the indoor pool was fantastic. Reception staff were always courteous and friendly and kindly printed our boarding tickets for our flight home. Summit resort is an excellant base for the...

The indoor pool is the nicest we have ever seen. The accommodations were great, and the area around the Summit is beautiful with a number of interesting things to do and see - particularly if you're willing to take a day trip (45 to 60) minutes to the capital, Concord. There are some absolutely beautiful homes around the lake.

Stayed in Unit 302 on Interval Exchange booked based on ratings and comments. Have been using exchanges for 20 years in USA & Canada and this is the lowest quality ever. Presented with list of utensils, dishes etc... for the unit and decided to check after seeing the poor dated quality of the Unit. Spent 40 minutes checking items and...

My husband and I stayed here on a whim for an overnight and we were pleasantly surprised! The resort was very clean and the staff was very accommodating! They had lots of amenities to keep you busy including, racquetball, tennis, table tennis, pool table, game room, playground ( for your little ones). You could rent DVDs for a small fee...
