Had to stay here unexpectedly for over a week. Had read the reviews so I went into it wary of the quality of service they would provide. The night of the presidential election was NOISY....as in rafter-rattling music and shouting that did not stop until 5am. Otherwise, the stay was quite nice. The morning breakfast area was always clean, well...

Second time here and most likely the last. The manager is less than happy. Wasn't rude but either worked a 24 hr shift or was ready for bed. Outside is beatiful old building, inside the exact opposite.Dundgy rugs, unever floors and cracks and crinks when someone walks by your door. The clientle is not to be desired there. I think...

Stayed five nights in October. Was shocked to see how close to the highway it was but the room I had was quiet, if not dark. But what shocked me was the guy at reception who made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. I asked for an additional blanket and he begrudgingly got me one, but soon after...

The check in is the worst you can experience with this hotel. You are not a guest, you are annoying them. We went there twice with different person at the reception; definitively it is a trade mark of this hotel. We had a double queen bed room; good, large, well furnished and clean; breakfast was more than good. Location is...

Booked 3 1/2 months in advance for an anime convention, expected very little for the price....But, this hotel has over 100 rooms, is completely sold out and is adjacent to the highway....We have heard nothing from other rooms or outside noises the last 2 nights. The room we are staying in (two queens) is very clean, not outdated, quiet, comfortable...

We headed North to get away from the two inches of rain that greeted us in Boston. We checked for nearby options, and got a room here. All we needed was a good tv for the presidential debate and Sunday night football game, free wi-fi access, a comfortable bed, and a shower. We were pleased with our first-floor room. Impressed...

We checked into the hotel to find out that our non smokers room smelling very stinky with smoke. We complained to the front desk staff and were given a room spray to spray it ourselves, which was a very impolite thing to do. After much quarrel and confrontation we got our rooms changed. The hotel management was not reachable at...

Located in an old mill building, that appears to have been renovated into a hotel 15 or 20 years ago. Passable, but not fancy. Very small rooms. Everything works. Marginally clean, with a rug straight out of the 50s. This is the cheapest passable hotel that I have found in Manchester. The desk clerk was friendly enough although a little...

The carpeting is old and hallway lighting poor. The a/c makes a lot of noise and there appears to be no active maintenance person on the premises. Amenities such as irons, etc are lacking. There is a "full breakfast" available but it is NOT a full breakfast. There are no eggs, waffles, etc. The breakfast consists of cereal, mini bagels and english muffins,...
