Modern hotel close to everything downtown. Able to walk to shopping and restaurants. Clean and had all the basics needed. Nice to have fridge in room. Harbor view room overlooks commercial port. Rooftop restaurant had limited menu but food was excellent. Be sure to make reservations in advance. Has both inside and outside seating. Very welcoming staff.

We were very excited when this AC opened as we are in NH a few times a year. There is definitely a need for newer modern hotels in the area. We’ve now stayed there around 3 times. Staff is great. Hotel public areas are well maintained. Rooms are nicely designed and comfortable. Housekeeping in rooms needs work. Love that there are hard floors (hotel room carpet is gross let’s face it) but the floors have had a lot of crumbs and hair and other debris in all the rooms we’ve stayed in. Particularly around the beds. The last room we stayed in seemed like someone spilled a cup of coffee and there were splash marks visible up the side of the bed base (it’s a platform). The sheets had some stains that weren’t quite washed out (those sheets should just be tossed). There was a hole cut in the wall near the thermostat. All surprising for a hotel this new. It’s such a lovely (newish) hotel but I’m afraid it’ll get beat up quickly without more TLC and someone holding housekeeping and maintenance to higher standards. The rooms already looked noticeably worn from the first time we stayed until the last. Only 6 months apart. Each time we visited the hotel was really busy. I am guessing that the rooms are getting a lot of turnover. I just hope they can keep up with it! We’d love to keep coming back.

They had advance warning with as many of us who would be staying the night, so they were efficient and didn't hold us up. I got my room, which was fantastic, comfortable, and very nice. Unfortunately based on my previous schedule it was difficult to sleep, not that there was a problem with the bed but just complete hour change. The place was easy to find, located right next to a really cool looking Whiskey, Beer, and Taco Bar (unfortunately they were closed - opposite of their advertised 0100 closing time - they would've made a killing).

This is now our go to hotel when visiting Portsmouth. Great location, great drinks at the rooftop bar and clean, modern decor throughout the hotel. Trevor at the front desk was awesome with telling us about the area and giving easy directions. Can't wait to go back!

This is a very nice new hotel. Staff was welcoming, efficient & friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and the bathroom was well designed. Towels & bedding were spotless. All COVID precautions were followed. You can walk into town from here for restaurants & shops if you are fit. It’s a hike. My only complaint was the “harbor view” room on the 5th floor that was an up charge. Let’s say the view was underwhelming at best. Yes the harbor was in the distance over a parking lot, rooftops, high power lines/towers, a busy street and huge DOT salt piles. Don’t bother to pay extra for that. As soon as I opened the drapes I called reception. They were gracious & apologized for the “view”. A credit was applied to my room fee. Thank you to a great staff.
