This is a wonderful B&B with a great lake view. The sunrise over the lake was amazing. Even better is the fact that we could lay in our very comfortable bed to take it all in. Breakfast was well thought out, and the flavors complimented each other nicely. The hosts were down to earth and personable. Do not hesitate to...

Jason, Thank you for your service and thank you for your kind words. We are honored to give our rooms to Veterans for Veteran's Day. Every year we have a great representation from all of our services, including WWII Veterans. Having served in the Navy, myself, and having both Cindy's father and my father serving in the Army during Korea,...

We only stayed for one night but I wish we would have stayed longer. Our room had a breathtaking view and we were able to watch the sunrise at the lake right from our bed. Cindy and John are very warmhearted hosts and they put so much love to detail. They even raised the German flag at the front porch...

Fresh flowers sit on every table. A Keurig coffee machine directly connected to a water line with different coffees. Hot water machine, handmade ceramic logo mugs, "to go" cups, cookies, and a wide assortment of teas is what you'll find in the dining area at all times (open all the time). There is a large window where you can watch...

Lake House provides an excellent base from which to explore NH. John and Cindy were wonderful hosts who gave us such great breakfasts. Only wished we could have stayed longer as it was so friendly and relaxing. Very highly recommended.

Thank you for your review. Autumn is really a special time in the Lakes Region. As the sun moves to the south, the days get cooler and the colors become spectacular. We are glad that you were here to share it with us. We are looking forward to seeing you again.

When you opt for a B&B, you hope for a more personal experience, and the Lake House delivers. True, the setting is superb, the historical aspect terrific and the food was great, but the hospitality of Cindy and John is what we'll remember most from our three night stay. Leave the guidebook at home - Cindy can point you to...

Stayed for two nights at this charming B and B. had our own private suite which I highly recommend.. First and second floor. The place has charm and comfort. The innkeepers are friendly and accommodating. Our bath had a heat lamp in the ceiling I which made for easier showering in this cooool weather. Also liked the installed shower gel,...

Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it. The Lake Solitude Suite, as you stated, is really a special room. It is its own cottage, with a kitchen, living room, and private entrance. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, and look forward to seeing you again before too long!

Five days in the suite was just perfect. Top quality bed and linen, comfortable settings, friendly hosts and great hikes in the area. Breakfast is indeed a feast, but the "Texas Sizes" are sometimes too much. Guess breakfast is a bit like John, the owner: BIG. Only "minus": no wifi connexion on the suite, as it is in a separate...

Michael, Thank you for your kind review. It was a pleasure having you for the week. I am sorry that the WiFi was not functional in the suite for your stay. We are exploring solutions for that problem and hope to have it fixed shortly. We work hard at getting the breakfast just right for most people. We are happy...

As we checked in, Cindy and John warmly welcomed us to their house. The rooms are very comfortable and immaculately clean. Their breakfasts are incredible and come with family traditions. The living/sitting room has a unique fire place and looks out directly onto the lake. We highly recommend this Inn and will return!! What lovely people.

Thank you so much for your review. It was a pleasure meeting you and David. We have a lot of fun sharing many of our family recipes with our guests. What a great, relaxing place to spend a couple of days. We read the reviews before choosing this B&B and we're not disappointed. Located across the street from beautiful Lake Winnisquam, this charming Victorian home offers everything you need. Our room was quite comfortable with a commanding view of the lake. If I could offer any feedback, it would be...

Happy Anniversary!!! Thank you for your review and feedback. We appreciate hearing from guests ways that we can improve. Our breakfast is "chef's choice", which alternates each day between being sweet and savory. We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions.
