We (couple around 30) stayed at the Harmony Mountain Abode for five days in September 2011. It was really a great experience. Joe and his wife were very nice and very hospitable offering fresh cookies and tea on our arrival. The breakfast was extraordinary. Tasty, hearty and varied, exactly what you need for a day of hiking. Joe also provides...

Joe, the owner, was so friendly. In the morning he would brush off the snow off our car and greet us with the weather and ski conditions. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The bedrooms were very clean, comfortable and cozy. Highly recommended. Joe and his wife were wonderful hosts!

Indeed, harmony is a name that says everything about this b&b. On each picture, chairs, tables, linen, curtains, the care with the well being of guests are remarkable. You realy feel that you are welcome.

Stayed on the 12th of April 2012. Joe was a wonderful host and the food was super. We were given a tour of the house. Each room is unique. We requested a light breakfast and were delighted with traditional chinese fare. We would definately return again. Thank You Joe.

I am just here to verify that all the rest positive comments are true. The owner couple (Joe and his wife) is super nice and the room is clean and comfy, not to mention the very hearty breakfast!! If you are coming for hiking trip and are looking for somewhere convenience and cozy but nothing extravagant or fancy, this is...

I'll go back to Harmony Mountain Abode any chance I get. The B&B was exceptionally clean, pleasant, comfortable, and the hosts were wonderful. We hiked on Saturday before arriving and on Sunday after we left. As an added bonus, we ordered ahead and our hosts provided a home-cooked Chinese meal that offered our group of 3 abundant and tasty food...

A group of us stayed here for a friend's birthday party, and were very delighted with the experience. This BandB and its unique rooms all feature a classic European feel of the Alps, and it is located close to many of the best attractions of the White Mountains. Word to the wise--request dinner at the Abode. It's proprietors, an exceedingly...

My family and I recently stayed at the Harmony Mountain Abode for a weekend. The room we stayed in was very clean, and the furniture was very beautiful. The rooms are a little old, but that doesn't really detract from the charm of the place. The Chinese couple who own the place cooked extremely delicious Chinese food for us for...

If you are looking for luxurious accommodations or a beautifully appointed home, look elsewhere. There are such inns in the area but you will also pay luxurious prices. Perhaps some of the furniture is a little old and some walls may not be perfectly painted, but this B&B has a lot of character and is well priced. It feels more...

This inn, located in the White NMountains close by Bretton Woods, is as charming and comfortable as I have experienced in many years of travelling. It is small (7 rooms, all en suite), not pretentious or frilly, well appointed, quiet, and stars the couple who own it. Shehong and "Joe" may not have started as innkeepers, but they are outstanding...
