38 motel . toilet didnt work. Bugs everywhere. Owner told me to urinate in the shower. Filthy. Tv didnt work. Scary x cons next door. Door would not shut tight or lock. I had to move the dresser to wedge against the door to stop stranger s from coming in.

If you are looking for a super cheap place to stay that isn't nice at all this is the place for you. Bed uncomfortable. Burn holes in the comforter. Broken curtain rods. Everything is just very old and worn. The shower water pressure turns on an off on its own. The owner of the place was extremely pleasant however. If you're just looking for a place to crash for cheap and don't care about anything else then this place would probably be ok for you.

Was going on fishing trip in belmar and was getting late only 5 minutes from dock place is a notel motel TV, wifi, and phone didn't work. But clerk was friendly its nothing special but for couple hours of sleep it does its job I guess.

Owner very nice but, it doesn't make up for how disgusting the rooms are. I would highly recommended NOT to stay.....cheap or not!!! I can't stress how dirty inside and out. No ice machine, no garbage cans, burn whole in the curtains and comforter, no curtain rods, barely hanging on window, windows don't lock, shower pressure turns on and off, bed is wrapped in plastic....the list can continue.....should be shutdown or torn down and start all over!!

The guy at the front desk was so kind and compassionate. You get what you pay for. It needs upgrades, but, it is not infested with anything. I would only make one negative remark, the toilet paper holder was broken and the windows don't lock.

This place is the place me and my friends will tell our children about the night we nearly got kidnapped, neighbors room (or just random fisherman?) asked us to “come down to the dock with them for 15 minutes” late at night and then never returned until we checked out. Otherwise room wasn’t infested (but badly beaten up, plumbing in poor condition, deadbolt broken), owner was nice, but wifi made fire-stick provided unusable.
