I always stay here when I have business in the Bridgewater / Branchburg area. The rooms are always super clean. The people at the front desk are always very polite. The breakfast included with the stay is always fresh, clean, and filling. I was placed in a suite during this past visit, which was appreciated for the extra space and the larger shower area. I typically get a great nights sleep because the bed is extremely clean and comfortable. The room has adequate receptacles and USB ports for chargers, computers, etc. The parking lot is big well lit. The hotel is very close to 22 which puts you close to other small towns like Somerville. It is less than an hour to reach the Newark airport.

Great location. We chose this location because we were attending the NJ Balloon festival and it was depending on the time if day 15-25 minutes away. Room was comfortable. On the day checking in was giving the chance to switch my floor and also in case I needed a room with two beds. We stayed with the original reservation of a king bed. Breakfast was amazing. Traveling with a child, this assortment was what we needed. It gave us plenty of time to go for early balloon lift off and come back by 9am and have breakfast. Eggs, sausage, home fries, cereal, oatmeal, made to order waffles, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, bread, juices. I mean there was something for everyone and all if you wanted to have Brunch. Check out at noon was great too. The bathroom was ample and we will definitely use the pool next time we stay. Bridgewater Mall was less than 10 minutes away and offered plenty choices for dinner which we did Maggianos and we are coming back. The front desk staff was so courteous and always smiling. We needed additional towels and we're brought up in five minutes after request. We felt safe staying here and will highly recommend. Also the price was unbeatable in comparison with others around.

This hotel is very nice and in an excellent location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A few things were a bit "off" - thus the four instead of five stars. While the room was big and very comfortable there was a lack of supplies. An empty tissue box and half a roll of toilet paper was in the "cleaned" room when I arrived. The breakfast was standard but not really great as the eggs were almost always gone and the coffee not always warm. But, with that said, there WAS breakfast and that was appreciated. Dogs were welcome.

The housekeeper did a single knock on the door around 8:30am and proceeded to enter the room and I said hello and they left.. I then stepped out into the hall to ask if it was them and the woman nastily ignored me "shooing" me away.
The shower and sink had reminents of hair in them both as if someone shaved and all the hair didn't get cleaned. I had to clean them prior to using.
I attempted to brew a cup of coffee in the morning and the part that holds the coffee was missing... good thing the lobby has plenty of good hot coffee! Breakfast selections were good!
Upon arrival I asked if I could get a room with a shower instead of a tub and the woman whobwas helping the gentleman checking me in seemed irritated that I had asked for that. Overall the two employees at the front desk were NOT cheerful or welcoming and I felt like a bother. The gentleman did describe where things were in the hotel and was nicer than the woman. Hotel was nicely updated and beds were SO comfortable, nice large TV. Room itself was clean but could have been cleaner overall. Gym was lovely, pool area was nice. Lived the added security of the locks on all stair and elevator doors. Attempted to get ice in the morning to fill up my there's and there was no I've in 2 of the machines I tried.

We came into town for the dog show in Bridgewater. Despite recent weather events the hotel, staff and rooms were very nice. They had a wonderful spread for breakfast and coffee in the morning. Staff was very responsive when we needed a refresh of items for the room. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay. Very clean. Very nice staff who were great to deal with despite us bringing a teen girl softball team there. Rooms were very nice with good amenities. The fridge is a small in-cabinet fridge with no freezer section. The King bed was comfortable. The room (230) was clean and sanitized before Our stay. Even the TV remote was sanitized and wrapped in a plastic cover with a “sanitized “ sticker holding it closed. Bathroom and shower area were very nice. Much better than I expected compared to my local Hampton Inn. I definitely would stay there again.

This review is really just due to the ease of booking that Erica Davidson with the hotel provided. We do a lot of group travel and meetings for our business and like clock work there is always some sort of an issue. Whether it be the hotel being unresponsive, making it difficult to book or making it a long drawn out process, something always happens. I am happy to say Erica Davidson, the Director of Sales, alleviated all of this. She made the whole process easy and efficient and made sure that I felt like our company was taken care of. It is not often that you see this level of care or service provided and it should not go unrecognized. Erica was exemplary in her help and I am sure we will be back because of this. Thank you Erica!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Our room was very nice, neat and clean and had the amenities one would expect. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We were in a front facing room which is near the highway but it wasn’t noisy enough at night to keep you from sleeping. Hot and cold breakfast served every morning which was nice except hot food items were not hot not unless you got them as soon as they came out.

Relocating and have stayed at 2 Hamptons, 2 Hiltons a Homewood and a Doubletree in the area this month (so very exhausting) and this property is the leader of the pack so far. We haven't even checked out yet and feel like can safely review it now. The rooms are a bit bigger than most other Hamptons/Hiltons we've stayed at and bed & pillows quite comfortable. The bathroom and shower are a good size with decent water pressure. Only flaw (in most hotels imo) are the attempts at room darkening blinds - almost always a miss at actually blocking out light so darkness requires a bit of effort (hanging blankets or stacking pillows). At this property the bathroom mirror automatic nightlight a bit of a nuisance in that regard too. So why the five stars? Despite one or two minor things noted the pool is open and pretty nice (many other places in the area not so much), the gym is spacious for a property this size and well equipped (again, at other places nearby the gym quality varies from Meh to just a bit scary), the breakfast area is fairly large and the fare provided about the same as that that provided by peers (though lacking fresh fruit like melons & cantaloupe that some others have).
But we would have to say the defining key to this Hampton is the desk staff. Each has been friendly, welcoming and very helpful. In this case we have to single out Kat and Gracious as we saw them the most often. Both are professional, personable and just downright friendly. Kat was great at assisting with our check in and has helped make our stay a delight. Each day afterward it has been a pleasure when dealing with them both (along with Keith & Jonathon). To sum up. A good solid place to stay with great people. Definitely recommend Hampton Inn Bridgewater.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. I had my wedding block here with over 30+ rooms and everyone that stayed at the hotel had an amazing time. The rooms were beyond great and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping are beyond accommodating. I worked with Erica Davidson to help set up my room block. She was so easy to work with and I recommend her if you are looking to setup a large block of room! Thank you again for everything!!
