Detailed Reviews
This place was very nice --- everything clean and comfortable. Plenty of room in the room, and a nice size bathroom sink counter. There was a store in the lobby that offered a wide variety of foods and wine and spirits. A nice plus.
The only drawback: no complimentary breakfast. It is our feeling that a hotel that charges as much as this one can surely afford to offer complimentary breakfast as do lower-priced hotels. But for this we'd have given this hotel a 5.

Hotel's Favourite
Good location, near Interstate 287 entrance and fast food restaurants. The rooms look updated, and they are clean. But the HVAC and plumbing noises were obnoxious. Really loud. There is a restaurant and bar on site, but the restaurant has a limited menu to I didn't try it. The little store was very well stocked with microwave entrees, snacks, water and alcohol. All and all it was a good stay.

The room was surprisingly bigger than some other Hiltons we've stayed at. The attempt at room darkening blinds are appreciated but a bit of a miss as we usually have to make a pillow fortress and hang a blanket to block light from getting in at sunrise (or even from the parking lot). The pool area and gym are pretty small and could use some updating. Breakfast one day I had a $10 omelet and was charged $1.88 for one piece of toast (in the words of ESPN - c'mon man!).
By now you are wondering why such a great review? The staff. Friendly, professional, and so very helpful. Each morning we were greeted with a smile and everyone was so very welcoming. They each take pride in their work. In this case we have to single out Shataisha & Brianna at the front desk. It was a long stay (6 days) and they helped make our stay a delight. Also at breakfast Sarah & Iris served with both charm and alacrity so we could enjoy the meal, and their service, and move on with our day (and no, neither of them was the toast charge bandit). In the evening Steve who tended bar was fun to chat with, especially after such a long day. At the bar the prices are quite reasonable.
To sum up. A good solid place to stay with great people - fix those first few negatives noted earlier on this place it could be 6 stars. Definitely recommend Hilton Garden Inn Bridgewater - we'll be back.

Hotel itself is pretty nice! Clean and convenient- staff was friendly and very helpful with dinner suggestions- we went across the road to Thirty’s and it was wonderful!!
Quiet and hot decent night sleep
Big downfall was breakfast- not great as a matter of fact it was pretty bad… fruit, all that was available of it which wasn’t much, tasted old and the bread/ pastry selection was virtually non/ existent and this was at 9:10 for a breakfast that lasts until 10- hardly any eggs either/,worst part was the 3 employees just standing in the breakfast area literally doing nothing!! Not filling anything or asking if we needed anything- I had a stale muffin- pathetic
Won’t stay again

Beautiful newly redone room. Parking on site. Beautiful ambiance in the public area. Staff needs some training. Made reservations in advance and when we arrived the check in personnel made us feel like they were doing us a favor by giving us our room keys. On check out, there was no one at the desk, I waited a few minutes but another employee came over to assist but was untrained to help us find out our bill total from dinner the night before. I finally left and told the person to tell the check out person to email me the information. At 9:30 AM I would expect some assistance at the front desk.

I would not stay here again. The rooms are outdated, the restaurant still isn’t open. When asked to change rooms I was lied to that the hotel was fully booked yet when I went in-line I could book the same room type any when we went outside later the entire back of the parking lot was empty

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about your recent stay at our hotel. As a Hilton Honors member, you are among our most valued guests. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and we are very sorry we did not exceed your expectations. I can assure you that it is not standard to find someone at our hotel who isn’t helpful. We strive to ensure our front desk agents and other team members know how much we value your business. I have addressed the issue mentioned with my team member. Unfortunately, there were issues he couldn't address immediately hence his inability to change your room. Your comments will help us as we continually work to improve our guest experience. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter. Thank you

The hotel looks to be very up to date and the rooms extra large compared to many Hilton Garden Inns. The sundries in the lobby were very very well stocked. Now if corporate would just end the madness and start serving breakfast... it would be perfect.
Travel during the past year has been frustrating. Many in the travel industry have gone completely COVID crazy, i.e. card carrying members of the COVID Doomsday Cult. The staff at Bridgewater have not. That's the main thing for us. Plus, considering everyone is so shorthanded, they were super responsive and always helpful in many ways.

I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend 2021 and the hotel did a great job of implementing a safe clean environment and had an array of available options for food and beverage. Would recommend staying here. Also within walking distance to patriots stadium for minor league baseball.

Several days after my stay I found that they put a $2 credit charge on my fully pre-paid room. No I did NOT drink any of the for sale water bottles in the room. I think they are just trying to sneak charges on people who don't watch their credit balances carefully to boost their profits. Now I'm trying to get my credit card company to reverse the charge. What an annoyance and scam. Watch out for this. Won't stay there again!

Decent enough hotel, though felt a little like a made over Hampton Inn and not a Hilton Garden. Closet had no door, and instead of a dresser there were shelving behind some cabinet doors. Breakfast surprise was the a-la-carte menu, something I've never experienced at a Hilton Garden before. Staff friendly.

Dear Bob, First of all, thank you for your candid feedback of your stay with us. I apologize that we did not meet expectations. In addition to the buffet option, we serve a full cooked to order breakfast, more than you get at other hotels. We don’t just give you cereal, yogurt and a few pastries. We give you your choice of a cooked to order breakfast with fresh eggs, bacon and sausage, pancakes, waffles, French toast, pastries, cereals, hot oatmeal. It’s a step above most hotels’ free breakfast offerings. We became more modern and did away with the dressers. We apologize for the dissatisfaction you have with the current layout. I hope you consider staying with us again.

Yes, there's restaurants not too far away. The hotel restaurant has a basic limited. Across the street is Applebee's and McDonalds. There's a pizza shop and a taco place near the Wawa down the road. Within a few miles is Grub Hut, a Mexican / BBQ place. There's some standard Chinese. Within 15 minutes there's plenty of places, including Maggiano's, and Indian and Thai places-- just google restaurants near me.
We do not own a shuttle but public transportation (buss/train) are in walking distance of the hotel.
