I have driven past this hotel probably 25 times and thought to myself that there was no way I would want to stay there with the hotel located right next to the New Jersey turnpike. I booked the hotel in a hurry, a few hours prior to checking in, without examining the location. The hotel is very nice, the clerk at the front desk was very friendly and even texted me shortly after checking in to ask if everything was okay. The room was incredibly updated and clean. My biggest concern was whether or not I would hear the highway. When I entered the room the AC fan was on constant setting so I didn't hear the highway. I turned it off to gauge the noise level and found it would be something that would keep me awake if I didn't run the fan on constant, which for me is how I normally like to sleep in hotels.
My wife and I slept very well and only slightly heard the highway, but not to a level that would disturb our sleep. Our room was 325 which was center of the building on the south side.
The hotel is super easy to get to from the NJ turnpike, only about 6 minutes away.
The breakfast was very good, the area very clean and the attendant was present constantly watching and keeping things in neat order.
If I needed to, I would stay here again.

The rooms were definitely just updated. Very clean, modern and spacious. The room smells clean. Tons of regular and USB outlets. Plenty of good lighting, countertop space and storage. The bathroom has bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash on bottles attached to the shower wall and they were clean and fresh smelling. There is also a bottle of moisturizer by the bathroom sink that is attached to the wall. Ear plugs and a make up remover wipe are also provided in the bathroom. Beds were a little firm but comfortable. Excellent complimentary breakfast - cold cereals, fresh fruit, premade omelets, sausage, croissants and bagels, tea, coffee. Lobby area was clean and updated. They have a small snack bar in the lobby with a large variety of snacks to purchase. The parking lot is well lit and there is a lot of parking available. Only complaint is the walls and ceiling are thin. Noise carries which may be why they provide earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay at this hotel at least once or twice a year when visiting family. There are other options in the area, but we like coming here because of the staff, cleanliness and value. Phillip is awesome. He is friendly and knowledgeable and always takes care of issues whether they’re big or small. Sharon and Kip are also great as well. We always leave feeling relaxed and well rested. We will definitely be back

My pre paid room had less amenities than a cheap budget hotel. There were no hangers or even bar to hang them on in the closet. There was no chair for the desk No cups in the bathroom and only one coffee cup. When I spoke to the desk clerk he said that is what I ordered. When I spoke with Hilton and made I asked what was the best rate available and I was told pre pay with no cancellation so I took it. Nobody told me that I would get a stripped down room. This is the second time this property has disappointed. Last time double to ongoing maintenance I had to be moved twice due to bugs in room. Will think a lot about staying at a Hilton property in the future

Perfectly located next to I-95, this Hampton Inn was clean. I stayed for a night with my family, and we would recommend it to anyone coming to this area. My family, especially my Kid, enjoyed the hot breakfast served here. The staff was friendly too.

We completed mobile check in before 9 am the day we would be arriving. Hilton app always prompts you to select a room when you check in on the app, so we did. We arrived after midnight to break up a long drive and finished the check in process with the front desk. We were given keys to the room and went upstairs, successfully unlocked the door to the room we selected that morning and turned the lights on to find a stranger asleep in one of the beds with bags and towels all over the room. We immediately left and told the front desk, who said "sorry about that". That is all we have received/heard from Hilton. This is completely unacceptable and a huge safety issue. Hilton has done nothing to make this right. It is alarming that someone could have access to a room while you are sleeping in it.

Loud highway all you can hear is the trucks on the one side of the hotel so it’s very loud all day all night Uncomfy mattress was flimsy and I for table horrible Took a half hour before room was ready for check in. We had a wedding to attend so we thought check in was 3 pm we had an hour to get ready before we had to leave. Plus we had two children with us. Room Was not ready for a half hour. That gave us a half hour to get ready. I even did the ore check in the night before in the app on my phone for a 3pm Arrival.

First review ever on TA, but felt compelled to write. The noise in our first-floor room from every step in the room above is shockingly loud. Not a thud but a creak. Every single step, it seems as though the entire ceiling is creaking. Hope they stop moving so we can sleep. Staff seems very helpful and nice and hotel seems clean and updated, but this noise is a total deal-breaker.

This was my first time at this hotel. First off, I’d like to give credit to Phillip. He was a great guy who took care of everything needed. He also apologized for the issues I had. Not many people do anymore, so I certainly appreciate that. I had some issues with my fridge and A/C. So he was able to shuffle some things around to get me into a room where both worked. The reason for my title was because I told the staff in the morning about my issues and they only gave me 2,000 points to make it up to me. After having to move 3 times, that doesn’t seem like enough to make it right. I’ve gotten more compensation for a light not working or a missed wake up call. I call it a “thanks, but no thanks” resolution. Had I gotten a better resolution at check out, I would’ve easily rated this hotel 5 stars, but I can’t. I would probably stay here again, but I hope they do better the next time there’s an issue

There was hair in the bathroom tub alot of it also. And I pulled down the sheets and there was hair on the bed 😠 under the bed looked like it hasn't been vacuum In so long there was coins and just dust.. Went to breakfast and it look good but then all things changed when we eat it, extremely cold the sausage was rubber there was no white bread at all.
