This econo lodge is actually pretty decent, and most weekdays only 55 $ rooms are clean, heat work and more cable channels then most motels, its actually better than the hotel right next door that costs more ,only bad thing breakfast sucks

My fiance and I stayed here for one night while on a road trip. The hotel was easy to find, and we were checked in quickly when we arrived around 11pm. We had a room on the ground floor, and heating was on for us so the room was nice and cosy. The room was clean and comfortable. We showered... More

I was looking for am overnight room and have stayed here before. It's not the Ritz but if you are looking for a comfortable and clean room this works. Check in was quick and gave me a choice of first or second floor. There is coffee and light breakfast. Easy off exit 4 of the NJ Turnpike. There are plenty... More

There is a reason it's so cheap and all the other hotels around are more expensive. The reception did not speak English, got mad at us for coming after midnight and yelled at us even if we called before 3p to let them know. The room was ok but the breakfast was awful. Do not recommend

I booked this hotel online 24 hours before staying there. I wanted a clean cheap hotel room and the Econolodge fit the bill. The hotel was only few miles off exit 4 of the New Jersey turnpike and was easy to find. I arrived at 9.30PM on a Saturday night and it appeared the hotel was filed to capacity. Parking... More

Shower curtain was moldy, room smelled like wet dog. I usually stay at the red roof next door but decided to try something new. I was wrong. The bed was stiff as a board and everything felt damp and old. Worst stay I have had in a long time. Will not return. Spend the extra 10$ and go next door... More

Wouldn't stay here again! Bathroom door and walls dirty; base of toilet dirty! Stopper that holds water in sink broken! Lotion bottle was half full. Found long strands of hair on washcloths and towels!

“If you want a clean room, go elsewhere. If you don't mind broken down things, mold, and dirtiness, then this was ok to stay at for a night.”
  • This was AFTER we wiped the grout in the bathroom- so clearly this hadn't been cleaned at all.
  • Faucet was crooked
  • Toilet seat was brokwn
  • Half of the light is out and dead bugs in the light. Kind of hard to see in this picture though.
  • You can see the clean grout on the left and the mold on the right.
  • More stains before we used the towels.
  • Stains on towls and yes this was BEFORE we used them.
