One of the lowest price accommodations in the area, but very clean and friendly. There are a variety of types of rooms, but we really just needed a comfortable place to lay our heads as we were in town for a family celebration. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Our room (#2) was quite small and I wouldn't advise it for someone very large since using the bathroom could be a problem as the toilet is a tight squeeze, but it was fine for us. This room also was at the end of the building and close to the main street, so was a little noisy. Running the AC through the night solved the issue. I would gladly stay there again, but would request a larger room if I was staying longer than 2 nights.

The Shore Point Motel is as good as it gets. My wife and I stop here every year around Thanksgiving time on our way to Virginia. The rooms are clean and charming. The location is prime. It's close to the boardwalk and about a 5 minute drive to Arnold Ave. There's a Dunkin Donuts just down the street on Richmond Ave. This visit, we stayed in one of the back units (4 A). It's that first room on the right in the Trip Advisor website photo. It's spacious! You walk into the kitchen/dining area when you enter. It's an open concept with a fridge, table, cabinets, etc. On the right is a good sized private room with a bed and TV. The main part of the motel room includes a sofa, nightstand, TV, and bed. The staff is friendly and courteous and the owner, Joe, is top notch.

This motel is family owned & is perfect for a short getaway. Its clean & just what we needed. Point Pleasant is a nice beach town that has many restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Spikes. It has very good food.

The rooms r clean but that’s about all i have nice to say about this place. you r not allowed to smoke anywhere on the premises you actually have to leave the premises to smoke. We were told they have ice . me and other hotel guests were looking for it only to find out it is locked up so no one can get to it and can only get some when someone is in the office during office hours to get it for you.. there was people running all night and morning above us that we couldn't get any sleep or stay asleep… They only have 2 chairs but the room accommodates 4 . Will definitely be looking for another location to stay at when I come to visit Point Pleasant Beach.. All around Disappointment definitely not worth the money spent.

Great motel! Very clean and great location. Walking distance to many attractions - and a 7-11. The owners are very kind and welcoming. They made wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. Nice pool, well maintained. We will definitely be back!!

I booked this motel based on the reviews and more importantly the price. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but I knew that going in. I think it's a pleasant walk, especially if you walk the road behind the motel. You follow the inlet and watch the boats come in and out. The motel is spotless and the staff are very friendly.there are plenty of good places to eat all within a few blocks. We spent a lot of time at the pool so we saw how carefully the place is maintained. Also a little area behind the pool with grills set up for making your own dinner or just for enjoying your morning coffee. Just a note. There are no "luxuries" such as a hairdryer or free coffee and the room we were in was not large But the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable!! I was very pleased and will not hesitate to come back. Thank you point beach for a very nice stay

Absolutly horrible place paid for late night check out to find out when I come to the room it is filthy and very uncomfortable. Holes in the bed spread that were patched up and not even one chair outside to sit on. They would not refund my money for late checkout because the lady behind the counter said well you did it allready so no I'm not going to refund it. Do not go here this place is a dump! ! And customer service sucks!

I would be crazy to return this summer to this motel. They ruined our family vacation last year. They have no organization, no customer service skills and it's quite expensive for what it really is: a hell hole. I'm surprised this place is still running because everything about it is a big fat lie.

If you are white trash, head on down. If you have any sense of class, STAY AWAY!!!! No one around to assist with problems, especially noise. UGH!! Trust me, only those with very low standards will find this place appealing. As they say, you get what you pay for.... Needless to say, not a good experience.

Extremely small rooms, poor lighting, only full-sized mattresses which gave no support, strong cleaning odor in room. No toiletries-not even tissues. One lady in the office was very rude and argumentative.

They provided us with badges last year. It's a good 2 or 3 long blocks to walk to the beach.
I believe so. We didn't go back to point pleasant beach the next day.
