Detailed Reviews
If you are afraid of the "low price", DON'T be. This is one of the nicest hotels I've visited recently and priced great in our rather fluid world of Hotels.
Accomodations and facilities were just perfect, even though we were there for only one night.
Checking in and checking out was so easy; the Staff was attentive and very professional. They were helpful and friendly.
Great warm breakfast was available, with the standard Hotel Fare. It was good.
The Hotel is Easy On and Easy off for Hwy 195 but so easy to find with your GPS, Google Maps, etc.
The Front Desk Staff provided a two-page list of nearby restaurants and it was easy to find the ONE WE LIKED.

You can pretty much always depend on this chain for a quality stay. The front staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was very extensive and good. The room was very spacious with all the amenities you'd need. A couch, desk, office chair, refrigerator, microwave, and flat screen tv were all in the room. The king sized bed had a great mattress and provided a very comfortable sleep. The shower was large and the rain showerhead made taking a shower more fun. It's not cheap, but it's quality.

My husband and I spent an evening here en route to a vacation. Our plan had been to drive as long as we felt like driving and find a hotel (using the Hilton app) when we were ready to stop. We felt quite fortunate to choose this Hampton Inn property available for last minute lodgings and so near the turnpike.
Our room was very quiet even though the hotel is near busy highways. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were good with the famous DIY waffles. Breakfast helper was very friendly!
Overall, a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

The service at the front desk was not a good experience. I asked to check in an hour early which rooms were available however, they want a $25 early check in fee. The rooms are available and there is no extra cost to the hotel so what is the extra $25 for other than a money grab. If that's where it ended maybe this would have been a three star review but the second girl who came to the fron dest was nasty and after two or three sentences she ruley turned her back, walked in the back room talking loud about her trying and saying not so nice stuff about me and my son. I informed the front desk manager Ashley what she did and it was rude and she just said, I know. Not, I'll address it or you are right it was unacceptable. Ashley was back there and heard her associate being rude and intentionally being loud when she was being rude so we can hear. First and last time we stay here. I worked for the Hilton brand for 12 years and informed them that and I never seem our front desk employees work that way.

For the price I paid and for what I would except from HI&S. This property did not meet my expectations.
Here are some of the reasons why; Dirty used washrag hanging from the shower rod, power outlets not working, not linen provided for the sofa-bed, phones wouldn't work. Front desk was overworked at night and unable to answer the phone in a timely manner sometimes.
Asked for another room but said was sold out the minute I walked in and saw the felty washrag. Would have cancelled my booking but was traveling with 7 ppl and 3 rooms on a Friday night for a religious retreat in the area.
Ran out of milk and butter while we stayed!!! Couldn't management run someone to grocery store to grab some????
Asked to speak to a manager once available and never git a call to my room or cell ask requested. Only saw a manager the morning of check-out...
Would not recommend or stay again!

Hotel staff went and above and beyond my expectations. The thermostat in our room was not working properly, and the room temperature was eighty five when it was set at sixty eight. I went to the front desk at one thirty on the morning and the third shift manager came to the room and assessed the situation. The decision was made to shut off the breaker on the unit and by morning the room temp would be back to normal.
Upon checking out I was was going to ask for some type of compensation, I was shocked that when I gave my room number the clerk told me he had heard that I had a problem with the thermostat and that they wanted to offer me compensation for the incident.
It was very nice to see that the third and first shift communicated with each other, and had a plan in place. Even before I had asked for compensation, they had great plan in place.
Outside of the problem with the thermostat, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast area is well stocked. Breakfast staff was attentive to every little detail, from a drip of waffle batter to quickly restocking muffins and cereal. If we ever need a hotel in the area it will be first on our list.

I stay here frequently for work. The WiFi is horrendous. I pay for premium WiFi, I should be able to easily stream Netflix movies. Totally ridiculous. The hotel needs to seriously consider an upgrade to their WiFi service.

Great location if you are planning a trip to Great Adventure but don’t plan on sleeping well unless you bring your own bedding, the beds suck and the room was not very clean even had someone’s used tissues shoved in the tissue box, gross. The room was outdated and air conditioning could not handle the hot night. Breakfast was ok but covid protocol didn’t exist it was a free for all.

Stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was great, staffs are nice and room is clean. However, compared to my last stay in May 2021, the room was not sealed after cleaning so that I couldn't tell if anyone went into the room before our visit. The pool is nice but the water was a little bit cold. Also, it is annoying at night cause many trucks passed by.

Not likely.
To avoid a lawsuit if something went wrong, the hotel would require someone 21 or older in each room. Having an adult in the next room or across the hall wouldn't be considered acceptable.
TripAdvisor needs to get their act together. I was just a hotel guest and I’m not the hotel itself.
its a grab and Go style Breakfast with several items. All individually wrapped.
Good Morning, we do not have an open date for our pool and fitness center, what are the days of your travel?
We had an upgraded suite and it had a mini fridge and a microwave. When making a reservation put in a request.
