We stayed here for one night last year. Don't bother staying here. Damp and dirty. The hallway carpet walking to our room had a clump of hair that you can see a mile away. The horror didn't stop there. The carpet in our room had what looked like dog hair all over it. I know that because I brought my... More

I have NEVER written a bad review before. This place is awful. Smells of mildew. I was here with a friend... First, the sign says WE ARE RENOVATING" - My friend said THAT was up there 2 years ago. Evidently they never reached our end of the lodging. At the desk: Clock on wall is broken...wallpaper torn. AT FRONT DESK!... More

I would never recommend this hotel. The picture does it justice but when you get there it's pretty deplorable. Anyone could easily trip over their carpets in the hallways that don't lay flat. Everything about it is gross. Sheets and blankets with cigarette holes in them and people roaming the halls and hanging around outside drinking. I asked for more... More

Hotel was run down, ripples in the hallway carpet 3" high. It's easy to smell the water damaged hallway that was filled with mold. In our room there was a hole in the ceiling and it was filled with black molds. The Manager was not present and was supposed to call me back for discussion about my stay, he/she did... More

Stayed on January 3rd. It was snowing and we were halfway to our destination so decided to pull off the highway. Less than 2 minutes on /off to route 80 in Rockaway. We were also apprehensive pulling up, but with a dunkin doughnuts next door, two gas stations and The River barn across the street figured we would give it... More

I'm not sure where to start. When we checked in on a cold December night, the heat was off in our room and it took hours to bring the temp up from a frigid 60 degrees. There are stains on the carpet. Cigarette burns in the sheets. The lights in the bathroom suddenly go out. And one day there was... More

I would choose another hotel. My husband and I stayed here about 10 or 15 years ago when it was a best western, and don't remember much about it at all so we figured it would be fine, as we were only passing through and would only stay one night. We checked in last night. Even in the darkness if... More

My husband and I were traveling and needed a place to stay. We drove by this small, but attractive, hotel and missed it. A service station down the street reccommended it and we were so glad we went back! The hotel is small but very clean and comfortable. The desk service was friendly and got us into a room right... I usually don't write reviews but felt that people should know about the poor quality of the hotel. I thought I found a great deal online and based on the reviews, I expected to find clean rooms. I found hairs and a few small bugs on the bed which made me wonder if they even replaced the sheets. The towels... More
