The hotel restaurant Blaze is very good. The ribeye and smoked wings are my favorites on the menu, but the cheesesteak egg rolls are also great. The bartenders Agatha and Justice are awesome at making you feel welcome, and their manager Dora is also amazing.
The first night I stayed, I ordered my food to go to take up to the room, and had a drink at the bar while I waited for food. There were a few people there, and the conversation with Agatha and some regulars was fun, so I ended up staying and eating at the bar. I've been roomed here for several days, and eaten here more often than not because the food and company are good.
The rating is 4 stars because of the hotel amenities.
Rooms have a mini fridge, but the only microwave I have seen is in the hotel lobby, which is a little bit inconvenient.
Breakfast is not offered with the stay, so you have to pay for it,and anything from the lobby is priced at double what you can get it for down the road. I haven't tried the restaurant at breakfast because I have to be at work too early to stick around for it. A grab and go with some basics would be really nice if the pricing was right.
Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff are very accommodating and quick to help if you do have an issue that comes up. I did have a neighbor sink back up into mine, and it only took about 10 minutes to get a new room and move my stuff into it, and they got right on making sure maintenance was by to fix whatever caused the issue in my original room.

We stayed here the evening of Dec 31st. It was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not view/use the pool or gym so I cannot comment on that. A bonus was there was no noise. We were returning to our room and there was another group having a loud conversation in the hall. As they entered the room, they continued the conversation but as soon as the door closed...silence. Couldn't hear anything. While in our room, it felt very private. We didn't hear the usual "woosh" of the neighboring room flushing or their shower running - like you hear in other hotels. Only negative - the shower was a touch wonky. It was fine then the temperature would fluctuate a little bit. Not a big deal, just a touch annoying. It wouldn't deter me from staying here again. Room had soap,shampoo,conditioner,lotion pumps on the wall, hair dryer and a light up magnifying mirror on the wall. There was also a nice desk, coffee type table and a couch in our room. When we registered, I used the AARP card I have and was able to get a nice 2pm check out as a bonus for using the card. Regular check out is noon which is really nice too :-)

I popped in for a quick overnight. The hotel pricing (double queen) on a Sunday night was very affordable. The hotel itself is a bit older, but recent upgrades keep amenities modern. You can tell from the carpet in the hallways and wear spots on doors, yet the bathrooms in the rooms are much newer.

We rented 3 rooms for a weekend stay. After the first night, we returned to the rooms at 5:30 PM and found that none of them had been cleaned. The front desk staff seemed surprised that we would want our rooms to be cleaned and beds made. We went out again, and when we returned at 10 PM, one of the rooms was still not cleaned. The supposedly "hot" breakfast items were ice cold.
The rooms had very noisy window air conditioners. The one in my room rattled all night which made it difficult to sleep.
There was no manager on duty all weekend. I asked for the manager to call me so I could discuss my concerns and 3 days after checking out he has not called me. Overall this is a poorly run mediocre hotel with no obvious accountability.

Unlike previous experience with the Hilton hotel chain this time it was most unsatisfactory. Because I saved a couple of dollars by going through a third-party site to pay for the night, they refused all Hilton benefits, including points and breakfast. I’ve been a member of Hilton honors for many decades, and they don’t seem to value the previous loyalty to the brand.
Other chains guarantee that the lowest rate can be booked on their website. Hilton has no such policy and punishes people for accepting a lower rate than they offer on their direct site.
Maybe it’s time to look into one of the other chains.

We stayed over a weekend by this double tree Hilton and we had a very enjoyable relaxing weekend .
The hotel is very clean ,comfortable beds ,spacious rooms and very friendly helpful hotel staff.
A large comfortable lobby that we used to socialize and relax.
We very much enjoyed the large heated indoor pool with plenty of pool side seating .
I would highly recommend this hotel .

The front desk lady Nicole was horrible. We got there early at 1pm after our flight had landed hoping they had a single room available for early check in, and they never gave us a clear no, they just said keep checking with us - so we waited 2 hours, when they fully knew that our room wouldn’t be cleaned until 3. Even worse, once it hit 3 and was check in time it took them until 3:45 to give us the room keys because the room was taking a “long time to get cleaned”. Then when I confronted the front desk lady Nicole, she told me “sometimes in life you have to have to deal with these kinds of things, life isn’t always easy” in the most condescending tone like I was a 5 year old. I understand the room didn’t have to be ready by 1pm…. but I’m sorry 3pm is the bare minimum. Also she is aggressive, rude, disrespected my family, and talked down to me. Horrible experience. She told my family member that the room could be ready anytime before midnight… even though check in is at 3pm. Horrible service.

I stay at this place often, at least once a month. The rooms are clean, staff is polite and attentive. The best part is the onsite restaurant/bar (Blaze) where the staff goes above and beyond to care for the patrons. Agatha is exceptional, Justin is always on his A-game…they really make your stay comfortable.

I have to give it a 1. The room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable but, the room was sanitized of everything a typical hotel room holds. There wasn't a pen, paper, bible, menu, tv instructions, nothing that wasn't bolted down. They have room service but no number. The room smelled. No instructions to get WiFi except to download an app, not something I was willing to do. Plus the room was freezing. Typically my house is 62-67, I had to turn it to 74 before I turned blue and even that I had to pull the covers off the other bed in order to sleep. I've stayed at Hilton's before and have been pleased, this felt like camping without a view.

General Manager David and Manager Alejandra are atrocious. I requested a different room and help when I discovered disgusting blood or food stains on the bathroom walls, in addition to the hardened and encrusted toothpaste glob that housekeeping didn't bother to clean on the bathroom door, and they denied me. I even offered to pay for an upgrade or different room, but no. I showed them their own site that said other rooms were available, but they said the site was wrong because of a renovation they were doing. The front desk staff was very sympathetic and professional especially when I showed them the photos of the room's filth. However, David and Alejandra didn't care. In fact, I had to contact the brand to get help on this because this kind of unprofessionalism needs to be reported. The front desk staff should be commended and empowered. Manager David and Alejandra need to get another job, one that does not involve hospitality or customer service. Avoid this hotel, unless you want to see blood, food stains and toothpaste on the bathroom wall.

Our indoor pool is available in limited capacity through a reservation system using one-hour time slots. A reservation can be made at the front desk. Temperature checks are required.
Dear Minniemae, Thank you for your inquiry into making a reservation a room at our hotel. Our hotel has been through multiple stages of renovation starting with our guest rooms , our restaurant and our ballroom. These renovations were completed in 2017.
