The Parking situation is a total joke! There's a nice parking lot on the left of the Building but apparently you can't park there. The off street parking consists of 2 or 3 spaces - all with coin meters - so you'll likely get ticketed...More
The location right off the boardwalk is nice & quite convenient. Also, the sleeper sofa was a nice extra. Though it's the nature of this type of accommodation, it was a bit of a hassle to have to bring all linens (towels, sheets, blankets). And...More
I took a chance and returned to SBH because the location is perfect. Good news! Because of water damage, the unit I was in was practically new. It was very clean and much quieter than the year prior. My only complaint was a leaking sink....More

I'm pretty sure The Boardwalk would be one of the first floor units. I've stayed in one called The Atlantic as well, also on the first floor. They have been refurbished because of a winter pipe freeze so almost everything was new. My only complaint was a leaking kitchen faucet. The plumber came and didn't even fix it. The location is great so I put up with it.
