The worst experience I have ever had. Charged us $318 for a room that was a disaster. People doing drugs on the streets, so much insects in the halls, inside the room we found cockroaches in the bathroom, inside the drawers, a lot of hairs, dead bugs on the windows, the bathroom was in bad condition, the bathtub was disgusting , we found crumbs inside our bed sheets, we refused to stay one more minute over there. ( we stayed just minutes) but of course we couldn’t have our money back, we book it through booking.com we filled a complaint, they tried to help but the hotel denied the refund not even a partial one. Booking.com was great they gave us some credit apologizing for our experience. I was rushing to leave the place so I forgot to take more pics as evidence. I just took the picture of the crumbs i found in the bed.

Building has a severe lack of maintenance and felt unsafe. Door lock was loose. No dressers or night stands in the rooms, mattresses were still in the plastic bags, only two towels and one washcloth (not even a bath mat), TV didn't work. I've stayed in many low budget motels for work but when I visit the Jersey Shore, I would expect much better amenities for such an affluent area. This place was a dump.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been too. The room was disgusting, the beds looked as though they had been slept in, stains on the sheets and on the pillows. The shower was moldy and disgusting. The toilet looked as though it was used and not cleaned. The floor was filthy, with pieces of it peeling off and missing. Not to mention, there was one grimy washcloth and towel in the room for 4 people. We did not even stay, we felt so unsafe and disgusted. They refused to refund us our money and not only that, lied to my credit card company when I attempted to dispute it. I will never stay at a budget inn after this experience.

The is by far the worst I had ever stayed at. I would of felt more comfortable sleeping in my car. Outlets coming out of wall, bugs in the lights. Do Not Look under the beds. Disgusting. Smoke detector was missing but found it under the bed with plates, cups and water bottles. Microwave was filthy. Freezer was frosted over. Shower handle fell off onto my toes in shower. Sheets had stain and holes. Pillow covers were outdated and uncomfortable. They were yellow instead of a crisp white look like they should be. A/C unit mounts were rusted. Curtains read coming out of wall. Remote not working for TV. Door jam damaged and handle broken.Outside vents damaged where rodents can enter into building. Need I say more?

Please please please don’t stay here no matter what… cheapest place around for a reason. Even if it were free it’s not worth it. I made the mistake of booking a whole week. there is no refund available…. The reason for no refund was obvious. Slept in my car after the first night so it wasn’t broke into… bugs and drugs everywhere… I should have check the reviews… DONT STAY HERE. I just saved your life.

I don't even know what to say. I have been to bad hotels, including those in the third world countries. This one beat them all. How this place is even allowed to be operating by the Health Department is just beyond me. Dirty, filthy rooms, nothing works (TV, fridge, lights), the floor is rotten, the carpet is full of holes and burns, the walls had pealing paint, the door was not locking properly, the whole room smelled awful, the TV's cord was ripped off, the furniture was broken with sharp edges exposed. Mold was everywhere...
I actually felt dirty in a need to being cleansed when I left this place. A total, total nightmare.
I am reporting this place to the NJ Department of Health and I truly hope this place is shut down for good.

The room was filthy. Sticky floors, cigarette butts behind the bed, dirty bottle on the floor BESIDE the bed, dirty comforters, dirty bathtub, spiders on the ceilings (found dead spider on one of the beds), ants crawling in and around the sink and something that looked like fleas were jumping on the bed (photo attached). The room was connected to another room by a door where somebody else was staying and the people were noisy and cigarette smoke was coming into our room from theirs. Kids smoking in the hallways and asking for money. The place is just a flat out DUMP. Don't waste your money on this hell hole. Called and asked for a refund but they refused and hung up the phone. Went there in person and they still rudely refused to give a refund telling us the room is "clean and new"...which it was nowhere near. This place needs to shut down ... and wiped off the earth.

This place is a crack house, drug dealers in and out all night! Should be shut down! Would not let my dog sleep there!!! Checked in because my previous place was overbooked. It was a nightmare..door jams broken, smelled like hell, wouldn't let a turtle swim in the so called pool. Stayed for 2 hours and got the hell out of there.

I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels. As long as the place is clean, I am happy. I have never seen a filthier establishment in my entire life. The sheets weren't even washed when we arrived. We left in the middle of the night because we couldn't take the filth any longer. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

The most horrible place I have ever been too! This place should be condemned immediately! Do not stay here!!! The rooms are dirty, looked like the door jam was kicked in. No secondary interior locking mechanism . They keep the toiletries on the window sill. Bedsheets were dirty and stained!
