My wife and I spent two days here while we visited family in the area. Based on some of the reviews I read here (many had to do with renovations taking place), we weren't expecting much, but we ended up being pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and were happy to note that the air conditioning...

I booked this hotel for business. The internet was down the entire stay, the AC could not be directed away from the beds and the restaurant had only very pricey breakfast items. There is no mini fridge in the room and the bathroom is outdated. The staff was nice and the bar did have good appetizers. Overall, I would choose...

Here for a medical conference, exhausted after travel and full day in classes, passing out at 9PM only to be jolted awake at 9:45 by loud music coming from the Tap Room just below my room on the second floor. Front desk said they play until midnight every Friday and Saturday night. Unable to go to sleep, going to the...

I have stayed here at least a dozen times for work over the last three years. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all wonderful. You get voicemail when you try to order room service and no one calls you back. The bathroom sinks fill up to the top with water when you brush your...

I checked in late and left early. I was disappointed in the quality of the room considering I paid over $200 for my very short stay. The bathroom cabinet looked like our pet rabbit had been eating away at the corners for months. Floor tiles were cracked, and the heater was very noisy. It was a unit under the window...

I arrived at your beautiful hotel after driving north for 12 hours heading to Canada. I was really tired at this stage and just wanted a place to rest. My first impression was that I would not be able to afford a room at the Somerset Hills Hotel. Went to the front desk stating that I didn't think I could...

We were driving through after flights were cancelled and stopped in late to see if they had a room. Easy access from 78. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Check in process quick and easy. The lobby was stunning. When we got to the room it was just perfect. Well worth the price we paid. The...

I stayed two days at this hotel, to be noted the kindeness of the personnel, especially the shuttle man. Position is good to go to the office, no much around. Room was good but the bathroom needs to be renewed (broken tiles, very old tube...) and I am realizing that really many US hotels don't provide shower gel but just...

I've stayed her previously, somewhat earlier in their massive renovation. This is a classic mid-NJ turn of the century resort hotel, undergoing a lengthy restoration. It is going to be very nice when they get it done, and the improvement in just a half year is significant. It's bargain priced, which is probably why my corporate travel site features it,...

This hotel was recommended by RMA so I went ahead and booked as it also offered a 5 mile radius shuttle service and there were restaurants across the street. I became a bit concerned about the bad reviews but decided not to cancel. We arrived very late at night. The drain in the shower was blocked and we had to...
