We have just had two nights at Kuzuko, it was perfect. The buildings are beautiful with fantastic views. The food which is full board is excellent, not a large choice but all very very good. Our package included four game drives each about three hours. The rangers are really nice helpful and good at their job. Having already seen lions...

Kuzuko Lodge, a private concession within the Greater Addo Elephant Park in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, offers exceptional value for a Five Star establishment. Set on top of a hill with an amazing view, this is a privately owned but empowerment designed property, managed by Legacy. Situated in amazing varied landscapes and biomes, and with a reasonable...

This isn't the place for safari first timers wanting to tick off 'the big 5'. Nor is it the place for people who like the decor, luxury and comfort of high end safari lodges. But it is set in a truly magnificent location, miles and miles from anywhere, with views over the scrubby rolling hills of the Eastern Cape, not...

Stunning setting with delightful "log cabins" for your accommodation. However, these have all mod cons so camping it is NOT! Game drives are the reason everyone comes here and whilst they were thoroughly enjoyable, there did not seem to be a great deal of planning so what you saw was rather haphazard. Especially disappointing (as the lodge is in the...

Thank you so much for your honest review. I have taken the time and researched the evening you have mentioned and unfortunately for us we had technical/electrical failure in the kitchen that resulted in the lukewarm food. Humble apologies for the inconvenienced caused. We learned from this event and have put preventative measures in place as well as used it...

Stayed 2 nights wish it had been more. The drive over the long rough road added to the sense of adventure and when we arrived at reception we were met by wonderful staff and a young meerkat that had taken up residence there. Our 10 minute transfer from reception to the lodge by open 4wd through wild bush increased our...

The only way one can get to see Sylvester the lion , would be to visit Kuzuko Lodge, a concession area with the Greater Addo National Elephant Park. A friend & I decided to take advantage of their very reasonable WINTER SPECIAL rates we book a two night stay. Right off the bat and for the duration of our stay,...

We visited Kuzuko lodge for a good bush break. We needed a peaceful environment to rest and enjoy nature. Kuzuko was perfect for that. Overall lovely lodge, brilliant views from the main lounge as well as rooms. As for the rest of the lodge in terms of staff, food, wildlife, admin etc they are very average. It is important to...

A group of us (30 in total) moms from a Port Elizabeth spent a night at Kuzuko!! Wow - what spoils!!! A relaxing massage, amazing food and the service was 5 star! We particularly enjoyed our 2 game drives - the rangers were friendly and very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure that we saw everything...

A stunning setting looking out for miles over the Karoo. The rooms are luxurious. The staff could not be more helpful. The food was excellent. If you are looking for herds of animals this is not the place for you but if you want variety it certainly is. The Rangers are very knowledgeable and respect what you want to do....

This is a friendly high quality hotel in a beautiful location. Having arrived unwell, the staff could not have been more helpful and kind to us. The food is top quality with wide ranging meal times - this partly accommodates the 'Game Drives'. However do not visit for a Safari. The number of animals is limited and while if you...
