We came, we saw, we dined, and Kings Walden conquored us. Piece of advice to management: Find a way to keep the poolside sunbeds protected from the monkeys who also seem to make use of them when vacant.

I had a very enjoyable stay here in February. The rooms are large, the bed very comfortable. A very friendly welcome and good service. The gardens are interesting and extensive, if a little overgrown in places, which adds to the charm somewhat. Also a large swimming pool with magnificent views. There is a dirt road for nearly a kilometre to...

First impressions of this property are extremely favourable. It is set in beautiful grounds with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Sunset was stunning! My bedroom was very spacious and well furnished. The bathroom however left a lot to be desired. Maintenance was very poor and using the facilities for one night was more than enough. Dinner...

This guest house was an unexpected delight. Set up in the hills, with an amazing view, the gardens were fabulous. They are old and crumbling which added to the charm. The whole site is stunning. I suspect the image of the exterior of the goes house may put people off - don't be! Inside the rooms are delightful - ours...

Great potential but no hot water (maybe we were just unlucky). The manager tried his best to fix the issue but bad aftertaste from the experience. Good: - views, rooms, food quality, nice staff, manager Bad: - no hot water in 3 rooms, no adaptor for hair dryer, forgot to stock shampoo in rooms despite being asked to, forgot not...

was a wonderful and peaceful stay. Except for a few locals who played their car stereos in the carpark outside our room till late. The food was out of this world, purely decadent. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Lovely place to visit, it's intimate, the service is brilliant, the touches around the place immaculate. Had dinner there with my wife and two kids, a four course meal and it was splendid, served goat cheese wrapped in salmon for starters and we loved it the rest of the course. A must visit
