Stayed at cap serein on Nov as a family, warm welcome from Petra who was great throughout the stay with sorting out issues quickly, providing ideas for places to visit and letting our little one feed the coy fish. Comfortable room with a large clean bathroom. Breakfast was good, fresh fruits, cold cuts of meats and usual cakes and breads....

My wife and I spent two nights from 23.3. 25.3.2017 at Cap Serein. It was the fourth time since 2014 and we enjoyed it very much again. The host Petra Schramm is very accomodating, the room comfortable and clean, the location in Hout Bay fantastic. We will definitely come back again.

A very sweet and short stay at Cap Serein! What a magnificent place you have with the most magnificent host. The rooms were lovely and spacious, the breakfast buffet was abundant accompanied with the tastiest homemade scones I have ever had. The views were to die and your hospitality was second to none. We stayed for a couple nights in a lovely suite, equipped with a wood burning fireplace that we used in the evenings when it was chilly. Our host graciously provided us with plenty of wood. Her husband is a chef and we had a delicious meal on their back porch one night. The accommodation was very nice and there were...

Lovely room, very clean. breakfast is nice on the veranda. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Worth mentioning if you need to check out early as the host has to wake up and see you out. Wifi only in common areas not in rooms. Quite close to hout bay.

We stayed for three nights and were looked after extremely well by Petra. We stayed in the cottage called Marseille that had its own small terrace with two 'steamers' to relax on. The cottage was really lovely with a lounge/diner, a large bedroom with king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The lounge was very nicely furnished with a very...

We chose this Guest a House because of its position slightly away from the centre of Hout Bay, because of its room descriptions and because it offered the opportunity of having an evening meal on site. We were very warmly welcomed by Petra. The location is stunning with beautiful, well stocked gardens, a small pool and sun deck and the...

What a great stay in Houtbaai. It is not really in the centre, but that was only great for us, since we needed some peacefulness. There is a small pool and a jacuzzi in the garden and the lovely host is a very nice and warm lady. The guesthouse was very big with a two persons shower and the breakfast...
