We had a wonderful relaxing holiday, staying in a lovely comfortable chalet, with all amenities and set in an enchanting location, with the forest on the doorstep with lovely walks. Four of us stayed in one of the two lodges in the gardens at Franverleigh. The location is absolutely stunning - fabulous views, beautiful gardens, acres of forest to explore and very tranquil. Sue and Steve were excellent and welcoming hosts with loads of useful information on the area and South Africa in general. The self contained chalet was perfect for our needs (4 adults) with total privacy but close enough to our hosts and the site swimming pool to make for a comfortable stay.
