It’s taken me some time to write this review as I’ve only just got over how terrible my stay here was. Upon checking in we were so disappointed, the rooms and hotel look nothing like the pictures and are run down and filthy. All the sides were dusty and greasy and don’t look under the units!! The hotel is also a lot further out of Seminyak than suggested so you really feel cut off which is great when you’re stuck somewhere this awful. Our first night we didn’t sleep at all, the bed was rock hard and there was a bright light from an alarm high up in the ceiling that shone all night. The real problems came on day 2, we were getting ready for dinner when we saw animal faeces on the bed and on the floor. Obviously disgusted and confused we did some scouring of the room and there was a lizard at least a foot long up on the ceiling, crapping down onto our bed. At first the staff dismissed us and said lizards are normal in Bali (this is my third time to Bali and I’m aware of little geckos getting into the rooms etc but this thing was huge and not normal!!) The staff finally came to look and were shocked themselves. They offered to move us to another room once we got back from dinner. We already wanted to leave as the place in general was filthy and not what we expected but we were going to suck it up for one more night then move elsewhere. When we got back to the villa and in our new room what was the first thing we saw… more animal faeces on the new bed!! I honestly couldn’t believe what was happening and the staff just didn’t seem to care at all. They offered to get the cleaner in and at this point we decided to get out of there at 10pm at night. There was a painful half an hour back and forth with the staff who didn’t understand why we were leaving and no manager around to speak to!! We left and the next day began the painful process of getting our money back. First they tried to fob us off with vouchers to stay at another of their hotels (absolutely no way) and then would only refund us for 1/3 nights because it was past check out time on the second day despite us not being able to stay due to actual animal droppings being our room. We finally got a refund for 2 nights but for that experience should have received everything back. This place is a massive scam, filthy and just awful and I would hate for anyone to waste their money.…

Very amazing property I highly recommended, villa room has a very Asquith pool privately to your use. Other services that were also immaculate included massages, transportation, safety and food delivery.

We stayed here to celebrate our Anniversary. This place is beautiful. 1) the staff is so helpful. They are always there to help you. They guide you with everything, the accommodate every request. Ask for EGA 2) the rooms are beautiful. The villas are soooo well maintained and so clean. You will not once feel that it’s less than any 5 star. 3) the food is so good. We ordered quite a few times and loved the food. They accommodated vegetarian food for us 4) the location is apt. Everything is so close to this place Stay here and you’ll have the best time of your life
