One of the worst places I've ever been to first of all they force you to review them even before checking in the room how can one possibly review the room before even seeing or entering in. And only after the review they gave us the room card. Also the room was average the wooden door of the fridge was broken and most importantly the wifi was terrible complained for around 3 days but they didn't resolve it worst stay ever

We are very sorry to learn that we were not able to meet your expectations in a number of areas / aspects of the product offered. Please accept our most sincere apologies for having let you down on those. With regards to our wifi connection we been checked properly with IT manager and so far our wifi been running properly. With regards to the guest review honestly we don't have any standard operating procedure to force the guest for filling up review especially before entering the rooms or before stay, and our standard operating procedure for the room key will be handed over to the guest after the room ready and our check in time at 15:00 hours. With regards the our room condition, allow me to investigate and work with engineering team and make sure again everything working properly. Kindly accept my sincere apologies for the unexpected encounter you described with our hotel service and facilities. Please rest assured I truly value your insight so that we will able to take corrective action to ensure that all cared for and experience a truly deserving vacation while staying with us. Just spent the best 2 weeks in Seminyak and stayed the whole time at IZE. From the moment we walked into reception, the staff were absolutely AMAZING, so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The rooms are a decent size, very clean, huge bed and nice bathroom. The location is great, restaurants and bars as soon as you walk out although the restaurant attached to the hotel is also great. We stayed from the 7th to 19th March 2023, the place wasn't busy and no loud music.

Aesthetic, unique, beautiful hotel. it was at Kayu Aya, Seminyak. Within walking distance to Revolver, Seminyak Square, La Favela. We stayed at room with jacuzzi & connecting swimming pool. It was relaxing. Staffs were friendly except one guy at security/ parking who kept telling us to hurry if we left the car for a while (because for him the options were, go or put the car at valet service).

Originally, we stay at IZE Seminyak for 3 nights. I like the hotel. Great service, from front desk to house keeping and all staff. Big thanks to Yuli and Kasih and the other gentleman at the front desk who return my driver license when I forgot to collect it. We extend 1 more night We checked out, and I left my jacket in the room and I just abt to depart, thank you Yuli for chasing me up returning my jacket Do not hesitate to recommend this hotel We’ll come back someday Thank you. I was impressed by the friendliness of the helpful reception staff. They were Heri, Yuli and Kasih. I felt very welcomed by their warm hospitality. Hotel room was clean and nice. However, the breakfast selection was too little, could have been better.

3rd time staying in this hotel. Definitely will be back for more. Front desk staff was sooooo amazing as ever. Heri, Kasih & Yuli so kind & attentive as ever. Makes me feel just like home.!! Room was comfortable, perfect.! Top floor pool was also amazing to chill especially during sunset. Lots of Restaurants & shops along the street.! Thanks for the accommodation IZE seminyak.!! Will be back for more maybe this time have to try the pool access room at level 1... 😉
