This is my second visit to Uma Sapna. I can't imagine why I would ever stay elsewhere when I visit Bali, or at least Seminyak. The service provided by all the staff is exceptional, nothing is too much to ask. I stayed in the Executive Pool Villa which was a wonderful sanctuary - a private pool at the perfect temperature with somewhere sunny or shaded to relax outdoors at all times of the day. A huge bathtub, a rain shower, coupled basins. The bed is gigantic with a big TV connected to Netflix. And the attached restaurant Kilo can provide deliver fusion cuisine to your room if you unsurprisingly can't bring yourself to leave. Housekeeping is offered twice a day, but you are never made to feel like you are in the way as they closely observe your do not disturb sign. If you want to stay in your room most of the time, the team will still manage to tidy up even if you only slip out for lunch, without bothering you. The whole staff are so attentive it can be easy to forget you are not the only people staying in the villas. We once came back slightly early and found the housekeepers were still in the room, we decided to let them work in peace and sat on the sunbed by the resort pool instead. When the housekeepers were finished, they even found us to let us know they were done! Location-wise, I didn't need to use any transport to take in the main streets of Seminyak or visit the beach, but the option was always readily available as there are dozens of taxis and scooters plying for your trade on the street out the front of the restaurant. If you wanted a taxi, the concierge would also arrange this although it's usually faster to walk anywhere due to the thick traffic. It's really quite hard to render any criticism of Uma Sapna, but if I had to think of something I would say the gymnasium is only adequately equipped and on the smaller side in terms of space. The area and equipment provided is superbly maintained and clean, but it would feel very crowded if three or more people tried to exercise at once, and if you are meticulous in your weight-training routine at home, you might struggle to maintain that while you're on holidays as there is only a bench and 7 pairs of dumbells/3 kettlebells to use.…

Second time coming back here, and we will of course be back again. Nowhere have we had a better experience staying in a villa in southeast Asia. Lia and the rest of the team go above and beyond to deliver service that few other places rival, and at exceptionally competitive prices. Very good Villa, room is clean and big, all of people are kind and food from Kilo restaurant is good. Spa is also nice. It was excellent stay we want to stay Uma sapna again if we visit Bali next time.

Uma Sapna is always a must for us when visiting Bali. This was our 6th visit and it was just like coming home. So delighted to be met at the airport by the wonderful, kind caring Darma. To be greeted by a lovely warm hug brought tears to my eyes. We stayed for 13 nights which was a result of deferred holidays due to Covid. In 2020; we only gave Uma Sapna one days notice of our cancellation and no penalty was incurred when we returned 3 years later - unlike Australia! We were totally spoilt by an upgrade to a Royal Villa which was just lovely and so peaceful. Complimentary breakfast at Kilo was great and again we were welcomed back so warmly by the staff. So delighted to see beautiful Lia and Ira making sure everyone was happy and cared for. Unfortunately after a week we were both unwell for 4 days - a first ever! the staff were just amazing. Darma even delivered some healing fruit to our villa which he payed for but - refused to let us reimburse him. Amazing, unforgettable kindness. Our villa was spotless always. The housekeeping staff were fantastic and went above and beyond particularly when we were unwell. Thank you! We kindly given a late check out by beautiful Lia which was so appreciated. Security staff always ensured our safety. We could not fault Uma Sapna in any way and look forward to returning in 2024. …

Superb room, superb service. The place was serene and relaxing, all staff including concierge, maintenance, drivers etc. were very nice and pleasant. The room we stayed, Natuna was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at Kilo was great and it only takes 15mins to walk to the beach.

Villa is quite clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The candle light dinner is awesome, taste of the foods is fantastic. Cake has some room for improvement though. Overall, good experience.

We booked the Executive Villa with Pool in March 2023 for 6 nights. The Uma Sapna is very well maintained and very clean. The staff was always friendly and polite (from concierge, gardener and caretaker). The quality of the breakfast in the attached Kilo restaurant was very good, but unfortunately there was only a limited selection for vegetarians. For us Europeans, something sweet is missing for breakfast (bread, croissant, butter and jam). Bread and jam can be ordered on request for a small additional fee, as well as a second cup of coffee. We then completely switched to tea, since there is a whole pot per person! We're already whining at a high level! We haven't died of thirst or starvation. Thanks again to all the staff at Uma Sapna for the great service!

It was great location in Seminyak just off the main eat street it was quiet considering how close. We stayed in the one bedroom executive pool Villa, it was huge with great size pool and outdoor area and lovely amenities. We will definitely come back
