I am reluctant to share this gem as I want to keep it to myself but.......:) I stayed at Indigo for 2 nights with my sister last week and have to say it is the most incredible hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we were treated so well by the amazing staff. At every stop staff asked to see if we needed anything, how we were finding our stay. They are so friendly and cheerful and genuinely keen to make your holiday as lovely as possible. The pools are beautiful. The whole place is so clean. The secret garden pool was my favourite. We had a twin room which was gorgeous and immaculate. The juices and cocktails at the bar were fantastic. The dragon fruit juice was my favourite! We didn't eat at the hotel but enjoyed food at the beach bar to the right as you come out of the hotel on to the beach. We watched the sunsets there which are the best I've ever seen. Live music was a perfect accompaniment to the sun going down (& a cold Bintang!). The young man who led our yoga class and also took us for a run (alongside a tour) was so nice and very professional. I would like to fault this place but honestly I can't! I cannot wait to come back. IHG have this place perfectly run. The people of Bali are very special. Our whole Bali experience from singaraja to Seminyak was something I will never ever forget and I feel fortunate to have been able to stay at Indigo. We just returned from a two week stay at Indigo and had the most wonderful time. The hotel is immaculately clean, beautifully presented and very comfortable. The staff are amazing, couldn't ask for better staff. Gardens are beautiful. We stayed in a garden view room. It was cleaned every morning and also a turndown service in the late afternoon. Towels and bedding were lovely. Bed was soooo comfortable. Bathroom was great with two different shower heads, separate toilet, big vanity area and shutters you could pull across to give more privacy. Lovely big balcony with a swing seat. Good noise protection from adjoining rooms. The most amazing places to eat. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Makase, it was not only a buffet, but they also provided table service from a select menu on the table. Coffee and tea brought to you as well. Great selection of beautifully presented foods. We also enjoyed breakfasts at Sugarsand as well. This was alacarte style and food was amazing! The French toast was to die for! Sometimes we would come down for breakfast, set ourselves up on a lounge and spend the morning there while watching the beach and traffic along the laneway. Bliss. Although all the staff were wonderful, special mention to Re-dream at Sugarsand who went above and beyond. The pool areas (yes there are multiple pools!) were beautiful. The hidden pool was a lot more shady and quiet, then the other two pools in the centre were wonderful big swimming areas with a big square spa set in it. Sometimes it was hard to find a lounge/lilo, but mostly could find something with a bit of looking. Only time I got a little peeved was at Sugarsand when the orange lounges there were all either in use or had towels on but nobody was there or in the pool, when I asked one of the young waiters about it she said that they had gone to the beach for a couple of hours - grrrrr!! Bottles of water provided daily in the room. Bar fridge was full of their drinks, but we simply put them on the cupboard and put our own drinks in there. Overall we felt very spoilt at Indigo and they have set the bar so high that I don't know if we could even contemplate staying anywhere else in the future! We really do hope to return very soon.…

Very nice hotel with fantastic staff only to willing to assist . Suites beautiful, pools nice and food options a many. Only down side not enough lounge chairs around the pool for guests, and others had towels left on them and no one sitting on them .

On the other side, we understand that there is a small part of your stay that could be better to make your stay more memorable. We hear you and we actually have already implemented some actions to minimize the mentioned issue to be happening in the first place. We are implementing the first come first serve policy in the pool lounge and if a daybed is not being occupied for quiet sometime, our attendants will immediately clear up the area. This practice is enforced with a small notice stone that we put in all of the daybeds. From pick at the airport, a driver plus hotel representative, set an example of the hospitality to expect during our stay. Hotel check in was a pleasurable experience and all our questions were answered to ensure our stay was going to be as comfortable and relaxing as a holiday should be. I stayed in a king suite with garden access, a beautiful room, spacious with a balcony overlooking a well maintained garden. We found everything we needed within the complex, activities massages, food and drink that we didn't need to venture out of the hotel, even though the location was not too far from great restaurants and other memorable experiences. This not being my first trip to Bali, and certainly not my last, I definitely know that Hotel Indigo will be my new place to go for what I call a holiday of a life time. …

Our stay here was too short! This is such a beautiful resort very close to the beach. We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade, which was so incredible. The staff was so helpful and made great local recommendations. The architecture and design of everything was gorgeous, would love to return one day!

This Indigo is my favourite place to stay in Seminyak. Perfect location and beautiful rooms, sensational relaxing spa, efficient welcoming restaurants that serve delicious food, a gorgeous tree bar and, most importantly, the best staff anywhere in the world. Fantastic service from everyone, from the minute you check in to the minute you leave. I'm returning again for a couple of days in June, and then again for a week in November. I've found the place that I enjoy, and I'm sticking with it.

Location - 10 min walk to the main road. However, it was easy to get a grab or gojek ride and the seminyak centre is just 10-15 min away. Also, 5 min walk to the beach area. Check in - smooth and done within 5 minutes Staff - friendly and would greet you with a smile. Facilities - 2 main pools for adults. Gym could do with more equipment. Breakfast - spread was decent with the usual international buffet spread Room - clean and tidy and spacious. Design - one of the better designed hotels in bali. Security - all vehicles have to go thru metal detector scans and boot inspection. Would recommend for those who want to stay in seminyak area.

Hotel staff are genuinely nice and welcoming Mini in the restaurant went above and beyond when I was feeling unwell. The pool staff were also extremely helpful ad obliging. Not a bad word to say. Facilities were great endless outdoor options. Location is unbeatable.

The two pools and the overall service level were superb, meeting our expectations. If you don't select a room above the garden view, you can't expect much of a room view. It was a visit for my wedding anniversary, so I felt good because the hotel prepared petal decorations and small cake. Sugar sand and breakfast is a great alternative for those who are tired of buffets. Make sure you try it. Kiosk was a great place to see the sunset by the sea because there were no people and music and lighting. Mr. Yana kindly explained the information about Bali and made the guest feel comfortable.

Very nice place worth to book. Very close to the beach and does have a great views. Good for families friends. They do offers trips for you. I stayed at one of their villas. Nice decorations and clean place. I had a problem with the Jacuzzi and got fixed right away!
