A very affordable accomodation in the heart of the free port zone.nice parking and walking distance to a mall and restos to dine in. i just recommend that its high time for them to change their linens. I appreciate the kind gesture of the hotel staff for allowing us to have our bfast even if its lunch time already.

We stayed for two nights at the Delta building for a company meeting. The place is a little old. Carpets are stained as well as the wallpapers but cleanliness was not compromised. Rooms are spacious but the bed is quite hard. The TV in our room was still the old CRT type but with cable channels. Room doesn't have a...

Booked a superior double deluxe room for 2 nights at Subic international hotel last Dec 2016. Room was alright. It was obvious that the building is already old. Some of the wall papers are wearing off. There were no extra mattress. Initial request was not right have to repeat my request just to get the extra stuff needed. Breakfast was...

The Subic International Hotel has two buildings - Delta, which is newer and more expensive and Bravo, which is cheaper but older. At the time we were in Subic, most hotels were booked for Dec. 31, so we took the room available at Bravo. The staff were courteous and helpful; service was very good. The breakfast plate that came with...

The SIH Delta is the hotel that I frequently stay when I'm in Subic. Yeah, the hotel may be old but the rooms are great and I will always remember how the towels smell and feel. They smell really good. The pillows and comforter are so soft too! The staff is great! They are very accommodating and always attentive of...

Where do I start? I am no fan of leaving a bad review. First of all I believe that when the Navy left Subic back in 1992 the maintenance and up keeping of this hotel left with it. It was like stepping back in time. I'm speaking for Bravo building. This hotel definitely deserves a facelift. No pests or rodents....

Basically, they only think they are an international outfit. My colleagues and I HAD to stay there. I'll break it down with the bad first: Awful WiFi. I have a Samsung s6 edge and had to walk to the elevator to pick up a steady signal, and it would STILL go out. They charge for any extra towels... so don't...

We had no choice but to stay overnight at the hotel. The staffs were kind. And the food was great too! I love the cinnamon bun they served. I think they did it in purpose for me to be satisfied. LOL. Anyways, the place is old and you can see signs in the rooms, but it is still doable.

I warned my son to expect the worst because of the lousy reviews but this was our last option in the area so we had to grab it. It was a pleasant surprise that the room we landed in was huge, very clean and quiet. The bathroom tiles were old and stained though but generally, we were very satisfied with...

Staffs are all nice, both in Delta and Bravo building. They were all smiling except for the driver of the hotel's shuttle. 😂 This hotel have 2 building. For the appearance in reception area, lobby and cafe ; DELTA can be consider International hotel but BRAVO hotel is something that I won't recommend. All the amenities are all located in...

“Yeah, now Olongapo/Subic Bay is another story: I’m very frustrated with the taxi drivers in general: Unlike Manila and a host of other cities, they are the worst the Filipino culture has to offer and corrupt to the core (so.. I briefly befriended a driver to learn what I could). According to their tradition, the taxi drivers have managed to rule out the use of meters altogether: relying only on their good sense of what’s in your wallet. I’m serious! It’s like the 18th century, except for the prices! They charge a minimum of p250 to travel from bus stations into town for local hotels (I battled for p150 and won – but it’s only worth p75), roughly it’s a 5 to 8 min journey; beyond that distance, just beg for mercy if you don’t like conflict. I discovered later that for extended trips the fair market value is p350-400 per hour for shopping trips, etc. Tip for the day: start negotiating the fare outside the taxi and walk away at least twice before entertaining their final offer. Always sit in the back seat and don’t smile. Remember; don’t get angry, just think about the juicy review you will write the next time you are online; ha ha, I did.”
