We stayed in a deluxe queen cabin, immaculate, quiet, comfortable, beautiful view out our front windows of flowers and mountains. The best was the magazines: True West, which we read from cover to cover. very restful spot with excellent dinner. unfortunately, no breakfast is offered anywhere in town, so we moved on to Red River early the next morning. We...

A locally owned small motel with up to date features. Wifi and fancy television reception. In the lobby are many DVDs which can be watched in the rooms as well. Spacious and very clean. While there is no ice machine, it is easily obtained from the far across the parking lot. The only A C available is to open the...

We stayed here for one night while on a 2-week motorcycle trip from Minneapolis. We stayed in remodeled deluxe king cabin #20 (king bed) for $85. It was beautiful! My husband was awed, and he does not usually pay that much attention to our accommodations. The room was large with beautiful furnishings. It had a ceiling fan, coffeemaker with coffee,...

This was our first time staying at Laguna Vista Lodge. We've been coming to Eagle Nest for years but have had our own RV. This was such a wonderful surprise; a very large, spacious room. Very clean, newly painted, nice carpet and very thick white towels. We had a king room/downstairs with 2 rocker chairs, 2 nice chairs with table...

It appears from all the other reviews that the lodge must be quite nice. However, please do yourself a favor and skip the restaurant. The sangria is awesome, but the food, well, onion rings from Sysco, overcooked burger, soggy (as in wasn't cooked properly) chicken fried steak, grainy green chile sauce (dare I call it that?) and red chile sauce...

Most of the motels in the area were closed since ski season just ended. Luckily I landed at the Laguna Vista Lodge and they were open for business. Very cute room, very spacious and very clean. It was a chilly night so I had to use the furnace. I was so happy that it was very quiet and worked great....

We took our grandchildren snow skiing at Angel Fire and stayed at the Laguna Vista Lodge. Our room was very clean with nice furnishings and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had an issue with the heater in the room. The heat was stuck on and the temperature was too warm for our comfort. We went to the front...
