The hotel has been fixed up, it looks like a handyman did all the work - definitely not professional repair work. The owner was real nice, but the area the motel is in is not exactly the safest part of town. For the price I expected a nicer place to stay. I will say that the owner is very nice...

Me and my friends were on a road trip across the United States from Seattle to Chicago, taking in 16 states and amounting over 6,000 miles in our 1989 Chevy Station Wagon. I feel this qualifies me to give an educated opinion on hotels, motels and hostels in the USA and I give you my word that we didn't come...

We arrived late at night and were welcomed by one of the owners and her daughter. They personally showed us to our rooms, then came back a few minutes later with free chips and salsa and strawberries! Clean, comfortable rooms and a very nice lobby. The fun courtyard and giant chili pepper out front really take it over the top!...

I just stayed there again with my family. As has been stated, it's on the older highway with older motels, but the property was clean and well-maintained. Plus it's got some creativity--giant chile peppers and the like on the grounds. The owner even brought us chips and salsa right after checking in. Some of the complaints are probably from people...

Something extra with the desert garden, pool, gazebos a bar be cue areas. It was a pleasure staying at this family owned, run, and maintained Inn. David and his wife Elina...

So far we have stayed here twice and each time, the room was clean, tidy, quiet, and well worth the price. It is a little out of the way but easy to get to and the noisy city is just down the road. The hotel doesn't have all the fancy bells and whistles of the high priced hotels but who...

This is an extraordinary motel, especially at the bargain price. Clean, good location, nice breakfast -- but what elevates this above the rest are the manager, Dave (from Australia), and his wife, Elina. He is almost obsessively personable and helpful. And Elina is an expert on chilies (in a region known for its chilies). Her garden displays many varieties of...

GREAT PRICE, VERY CLEAN, VERY COMFORTABLE!!!! Family owned Hotel. Lots of personal attention. It is a slightly older hotel, but you can tell the owners really care about your stay. The room was larger than average and very clean. Comfortable bed and couch. There was a family of 4 in the room next to me and I barely heard any...

I drove up to the hotel and proceeded around back to find my party and discovered what appeared to be a hotel/apartment complex in a run down part of town. I'll agree with other recent posts that this place has a high rating for such a mixed bag. I would probably go out of my way NOT to stay here...

It has been a blessing for 6 years to improve the property and we strive to ensure our guests are comfortable. In response to your comment we have fenced off the back of the property, which is used only for gardening supplies. To improve the outlook of the area where your room was, we have built another garden rest area,...
