Been going there for twenty years or so, it's always welcoming with great coffee, quick pastries, and unusual odds and ends for sale, including local books and crafts. The best time to visit is in the warmer months to sit outside and watch the world drift by.

We were so lucky to find this place to stay in Madrid via Tripadvisor. It's a gem of a place, historic, beautifully kept, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. Communication was easy, helpful and friendly. When we arrived we got checked in straight away, there was a safe off-road spot for our car, and we fell in love with this apartment...

I was visiting Santa Fe to give a talk at the low-residency program at IAIA and found Nancy's 2nd floor apartment on AirBnB (I got lucky it was available so last minute!). We arrived late at night but Nancy made it so easy for us to get into the apartment and find our way! The B&B is a fairly large...

We stopped to mosey in Madrid as we drove the Turquoise Trail from Santa Fe to Albuquerque. The Java sign and the picnic tables in the yard were irresistible....coffee and pie?...SURE! The coffee was rich and smooth. The cherry pie just happened to jump on my plate. Sitting under an umbrella in the fenced in yard, sipping and munching while...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Java Junction B&B. It was a cold and snowy day, and my host was great - she let me check in early so I was able to get out of the weather and make myself comfortable. The self-contained apartment is really lovely. Light and airy, nicely appointed with its own balcony,...

Located above a friendly coffee shop, the room has all of the amenities of a modern room in a historic building. Arts, culture, and history are all located within walking distance. Nicest owner that I have met!

I made my first visit to the Southwest in June/July 2015 to paint my way through Arizona and New Mexico. I found myself in the delightful, funky, artsy town of Madrid, NM and spent the night at Java Junction Bed and Breakfast. It is a nicely furnished studio apartment with kitchen, large bath tub, deck, and very comfortable bed. The...
