Spent 3 nights at Tydon (7-10 Oct 2016) - 1 night in Safari Camp and 2 nights in Bush Camp. Had reviewed Safari Camp separately. Do recommend staying at both Safari and Bush Camp but in case anyone is wondering, some differences between the 2, the location of Bush Camp is inside Sabi Sands where Safari Camp is outside. Being...

The reviews that come before this are all on target! This is a small, upscale, fun way to camp! Jacque, our driver really knows how to find animals. He observes everything around him and connects with nature in such an amazing way. We saw leopards up close, along with elephants, rhinoceroses and many beautiful birds. Abby Was a wonderful, caring...

Amazing experience from start to finish. We booked the 2 night Bush Camp safari and actually ended up having the place to ourselves as no one else booked. The tents (more like hotel rooms) in the bushcamp are just perfect for that whole safari experience - you feel like you're in the middle of the bush but it has all...

Fantastic stay - 2 nights in bush camp in luxury tent ( maximum of 8 stay here ) Picked up in Joburg and ferried up to Sabi sands in time for evening game drive. Over the three game drives we had, saw 4 out of 5 of the ' big 5' ( missed leopard ) but saw so many other...

Just Wow!!! Really kind staf, excellent food (jummie the vegie food was awesome) and 'glamping' (really glamourous camping). Gregg, always knew how to get us frontrow at Leopard sightings. Maybe we were just extremely lucky, but he is good! Spotted 4 out of the big 5 allready in our first game drive. And many more to follow. Unfortunatly no lions,...

Wow wow wow, I don't think we could have enjoyed our safari anymore more than we did at Tydon. We stayed at both their safari camp and bush camp (safari camp review is separate, we loved it just as much) and would recommend a stay at both. First off the tent accommodations were superb. I wish I could take those...

We stayed 2 nights at Tydon Bush Camp and then 2 more nights in their safari camp. The Bush camp is situated directly in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. It is an intimate camp with all of the necessities you could need (Aircon, hot showers, very comfortable beds), but still gives you an authentic safari feel. Tydon Bush Camp is...

We had two daily safari tours in the Sabi Sands reserve. The afternoon, evening were nice as we had sundowners then were able to see animals using a spot light. All of our meals were first quality. Our guide Lisel was outstanding. We liked the bush camp because there were only four tents. The variety of animals was great, we...

Just had the privilege of spending 4 nights at the Bush Camp and can only describe it as magical. Sleeping the in the tents added to the authentic safari feel but still provided all the amenities like A/C, toilet and shower. Lying in bed hearing lions roaring or hyenas yelping in the middle of the night will stay long in...
