We stayed in the Safari suite and it was really comfortable - we spent 3 nights here and wished we could have stayed longer - superb service - staff are wonderful - food delicious and varied meals all 5 star . Ranger Ruel and tracker...More

The lodge and the service were amazing. It was an unbelievable experience. Barney was our ranger and he was fantastic. if you go you have to recommend Barney! I also really enjoyed spa treatments from Gloria. The massages were reasonably priced.

What an amazing experience, we got to see the big 5 over our stay . The lodge is such an amazing place to stay and relax .. Spent a few hours by the pools having some drinks .The staff are so happy and welcoming .....More

It is better to give cash as tips - the lodge can supply you with envelops so that you can give the cash to your guide and butler and whoever you want to in person. It is a nice way of showing your appreciation of their... More

Sorry for the delay. It's a fabulous gift shop with African artifacts, t-shirts etc.. You'll need to bring your toiletries although they do have shampoo and soap in the rooms.
