Wow....what an experience....it was great.. The rooms, the staff and the gamedrives.. Thanks to Greg and Clement for the wonderfull drives en kids safaris We all enjoyed everything We fotgot a bagg...the hotel staff called to the gate of the reserve and brought it over there....TOP !!!! We had a real great time and cant wait to go back.... Thanks...

Wow amazing. Big thanks to all at Simbavati and especially to Mike and Hemet as the incredible tracker and guide team. I have nothing bad to say here. This was an unforgettable adventure. If you have tweens and teens then Simbavati is perfect. Treat yourself and you wint be disappointed

Simbavati River Lodge really went out of their way to make our safari experience one to remember for life. Check-in time is 14h00. Unfortunately we checked in late at 17h45 so missed the first afternoon game drive. This was the most amazing vacation I have ever been on. The Simbavati team was wonderful, from Benedict walking us to our tent abodes, to Jimmy and Collense our guide and tracker. This is simply a magnificent 4 star lodge in a true bush veld setting. River Lodge also caters for families and all staff and management are top notch. Hilltop Lodge cater more for couples and is a 5 star lodge and a bit more expensive but worth every sent with magnificent views and accomodation.

Lovely welcome to the Simbavati River Lodge by Tania and her staff. Great place.....comfortable and clean lodging. Super food and great Game Drives.....we saw 4 of the Big 5 on our first run and the other one and more by the end of the 1st day! Simbavati is marketed as a family friendly lodge. We were housed in one of the family chalets which was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the river bed from the porch.
