I just love this place. The service is great and you get to enjoy viewing the game from the restaurant or from your room. The rooms are clean. I wouldn't mind coming here over and over again. The food is also excellent

Spending a family celebration at Tau with 16 of us (Mom's 80th) was amazing. From collection from the air strip to the welcome at reception, game drives (spectacular), the rooms, meals, lodge and all the staff. Tumi, Ernie, Dylan and team, you were attentive and professional, warm and accommodating. Thank you to all including the back office team. Guides very...

Stayed in the family room (no.29/30). Rooms were clean and well maintained. Great Jacuzzi outside!. Lodge staff really friendly and helpful. Food was generally very good. Our ranger, Derrick, was tops! The whole family enjoyed the SPA treatments. The waterhole just in front of the lodge always had game i.e. elephants, jackal, waterbuck, impala, Kudu and zebra. Probably the friendliest...

Overall, it was a top experience, one of the best I have experienced! The lodge and individual chalets are full of charm, very comfortable, very well appointed (including an outdoor shower), each...

First great impression was the warm, friendly and knowledgable team of people who provided exceptional service and welcomed us as part of their family. The laughter and pleasant encounters did not stop until we departed. We were taken on some absolutely wonderful game...

Always a pleasure returning to Tau. From the moment we arrived, we felt so special and welcome! Our suite was gorgeous with a view onto water - an unforgettable sight was a herd of buffalo which came to drink right outside our patio. The food was outstanding and I particularly enjoyed the plated evening dinner from the amuse bouche to...

Tau Lodge is so cool! I admit the rooms might not be perfect, but hey, you're in Africa! We got really excited as we saw loads of monkeys around, although I was a bit disappointed when one of the monkeys stole my jar that I left outside on the balcony. There was a also a pool where we swam in...
