We spent a delightful night at the Old Taos Guesthouse. The facility, which is a former hacienda, has been completely renovated by the Aspinwalls. Each room is tastefully decorated. Each offers a micro fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with fresh roasted and ground coffee (they roast it on Tuesdays and grind it on Thursdays). Our room, the Artist's Studio had...

Great hosts, comfortable rooms, great breakfast. I have already booked another stay in the fall. The location is a bit out of town but that is part of the charm. Hosts have all the local insider tips for restaurants and things to do while in Taos.

This place will add another dimension to the joy you will find in Taos New Mexico. Great rooms, all private, unique and very clean and comfortable in an unbelievable setting, especially for sunset. Breakfast is unique and delicious and the host and hostess could not be more accommodating. I wont stay anyplace else in Taos from now on!

This is the finest Band B we have ever stayed in! Its original, heartwarming, beautiful, and so inviting!! Bob and Cady are the kind of owners/hosts you always expect but hardly ever get! The rooms are all unique and wonderful. The main reception/breakfast/reading /relaxing room is so delightful. The former hacienda is nearly 200 years old...but with amenities that are...

Beautiful property, extremely gracious hosts, and great breakfasts. Our room was clean, homey, very well appointed. Dogs had a fabulous time--great short walks across a field. And lots of hiking trails nearby.

I will choose to stay here again due to the location just outside of TAOS. The quiet of the New Mexico country side and the sunset were spectacular. My wife like to sleep with a fan and when she said this one appeared.

Wow. That's all I can say. I work in the industry and THIS is how you run a hotel. Clean, beautiful rooms. Personality of the staff. And the heart they have for hospitality. I always say my job is easy because most people in today's work place don't care. But I found some superb competition with these folks. Thank goodness...

When people who were raised in Taos select the Guesthouse as the place to stay, you know you're at the right place. The décor, rooms with fireplaces, wonderful setting, great architecture, delicious breakfast - who could ask for more. Bob has worked hard to keep the adobe place maintained and improved, The shower was a bit difficult to get the...

Our room (#1) had a fireplace and lovely secluded view from the windows over the king sized bed. The room was cozy on a frigid night, and Bob helped us set up a fire in the fireplace (wood provided). Cady fixes a delicious breakfast. Bookshelves in our room and the lounge were filled with interesting books. If you don't like...

A friend made the booking and I eagerly anticipated her choice. This proved to be a wise selection, a lovely hospitable place to stay from the first moment. The owner was away, and had left the guesthouse in the capable hands of a charming and efficient lady who came by early at 3pm to check us in. The guesthouse is...
