Rooms are shabby, and the door didn't have a lock other than the one used from the outside. We slid a rickety table in front of the door at night and others must have done the same thing since the legs were about to collapse. There was no hair dryer or coffee pot in the room. The breakfast buffet consisted...

Needs a good cleaning. Holes in the sheets. Mold in the shower. Linens were stained and dirty. Dirty sock next to the front door. Knee high weeds. Lobby smells of cigarettes. Parking next to an abandoned tattoo parlor. Continental breakfast means donuts. A cheap hotel and overpriced!

All previous reviews are totally accurate! we had 3 nights booked for last week. Clerk just started & confused so said wait to pay until manager showed up. Not many rooms available as some are now long-term rentals & others being worked on, so he said. Went back to room & 1st thing a horrible odor & overall neglect with...

This was the worst motel I have ever seen. Broken windows, some boarded over expedia booked room and we refused to stay Expedia refused to refund our money will never use Expedia ever again. This the fleecing of America has to stop. How could we know that this cesspool was unstayable,24 hours in advance so we could cancel. Worst motel...

Upon checking in there were multiple issues: broken windows in the lobby, animal feces in the lobby, broken out hotel windows, FILTHY common areas in need of cleaning and repair. The room was acceptable, once the cigarette stained mattress pad (in the non-smoking room) was replaced by the housekeepers. Fights in the parking lot overnight and my car got vandalized....

The pictures on their website are total opposite of what the hotel is actually like. When we arrived the room was not ready so they gave us another room. The room we were given smelled awful. The door had holes closer to the bottom of the door (it looked like someone kicked the door in). The towels were not white...

Watch out!!! Four broken office windows out front with some replaced with chipboard. The night managers window was just a piece of plywood with a small square cut out. Overgrown with weeds around sign, walk way lights don't work at night and sketchy people going in and out of rooms and this is before you get to the room. In...

You want a fancy resort-style room? Book elsewhere. Would you like to see into the life of real locals, and venture outside of your comfort zone and the whitewash of Taos, possibly meet some interesting people? This is your place. I would rather stay here and have a real experience than stay at a resort - not that I don't...

We made the reservation over the phone and when we showed up, there was some guy nodded out on some kind of colossal downer out in front. But there was a really nice car, a big Caddie, parked out front, so in I went. The desk clerk was tattooed head to toe. Went around to look at the room. The...

For $112 a night, I didn't bother to check reviews believing it would be relatively nice for that much money. The room was too disgusting for even my dog to sleep on the floor. Luckily we had brought a sheet for her to sleep on, we used that to crowd on one bed and hope the brown bulge hanging out...
