This place is a dump. The bathrooms are disgusting, if you able to hold it until you get to the cave. The owner ran around yelling at all of the kids to stop playing with the toys. The only reason to stop is to take a pic with the statues.

I was hoping that a lousy review might encourage them to clean this place up, but after seeing all of the other reviews, this may be fruitless. We stopped at this camp outside Carlsbad for two nights; after the first night my wife said "we're leaving". The bathrooms are disgusting. There is only one shower in one big room. There...

This was such a disappointment the bathrooms were disgusting the smell was atrocious the staff was very rude and refused to even acknowledge we were in the store. I have never been to such a place. We saw at least 100 signs for this place and thought it would be awesome however that is not the case. Make your turn...

We stopped for an over nite with our RV. We paid for the site in the gift store. The clerk was a very unfriendly little old man. Once we paid we drove back to a very small campground in desperate need of repair. The bathroom door didn't shut or flush and the shower was primitive which is being kind. We...

We were on a 2 week venture and this was our last stay in a hotel before return home to Houston. Honestly not bad, but it was an average stay. The towels were the standard short and rough linens that all the cheaper hotels seem to have. I'm 6 ft, and can happily say the showers were tall, but enclosed...

This is a rv park. The pull through spots have 30 and 50 amp hook ups. They were full our first night but was able to get one the second night. The restrooms were a room with toilet, sink and open shower. Wear flip flops or wet shoes. Not terrible but not great.

Campsite just a place to park....needs a thorough clean up. Please consider raking the grass area to remove rocks and dog poop and broken bottles. The bathrooms and shower are filthy with a shared hand towel put out and a bar of communal soap!!! The laundry had 3 washer snd dryers , two of which were out of service. The...

I met my Dad and his brother-in-law at the white city resort. We unloaded and set up to trailer, the first thing I noticed was the grounds had not been kept up for some time. There were people in the park that looked to be permanent residents with junk in the front yards. When we went down to the grocery...

Filthy, dingy bathroom, rude check in clerk, old junky trashy trailers living permanently in the park. Not at all as advertised. Only good thing is location, and showers had plenty of hot water. There was a nice gift shop at the check in area.

PROS: As close as you can get to the caverns! CONS: Everything! If you want to get to the caverns without driving the 18+ miles from Carlsbad, then one night won't kill ya, but if I had to stay here more than one night I WOULD make the drive to Carlsbad. I think we were sleeping on sheets someone else...
