Our bed was clean and comfortable. Very convenient location just outside the entrance to the Carlsbad Cavern National Park. Tried the night we checked in as well as the next morning to get info regarding the area from the front desk. Response both times was "I don't know" and then nothing...zero. Simple question too but the staff was not wanting...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Literally right outside the entrance to Carlsbad Caverns park, it is the most convenient place to stay if visiting there. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Plenty of mirrors for my girls and myself - this is a big deal now that they are teenagers. Breakfast had several options, including waffles, cereal, muffins, boiled eggs, yogurt, breakfast bars, oatmeal, etc........

This is an older hotel, but the location for the parks is the best available. The room was very large, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The hotel is located about 45 minutes from Guadalupe and 15 from Carlsbad. It sits at a crossroads where there is a well-stocked gift shop, convenience store (with more stuffed animals...

We stayed in Room 236 near the back of the property and were quite comfortable. The beds are more on the firm side but we slept well. The room itself was clean and met our standards. We are comfortable in most mid-range motels. The price was $100/night and you are paying a little more for the convenience of being close...

This is a good, basic hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the property is well maintained. We recommend this hotel if you are going to be visiting the area and the caverns.

For one night's stay, this was a good stop. So very close to Carlsbad Caverns, quiet, clean, and an easy drive to Carlsbad for dinner. Restaurant close by was closed on day we stayed. Reasonable rate.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel. We stopped here halfway between Phoenix and Dallas. We stayed two nights. The clerk who checked us in was friendly. The room was very large and clean. The only restaurant in town is closed Monday and Tuesday. A small convenience store closes early in the evening. I had called the hotel...

Guess why you stay here? YES It is the closest Motel to Carlsbad! Kids love the pool you love the AC. If you want fewer crowds at Carlsbad you need to get there early, Our family had a good 2 hours in the morning before the crowds came!!!!!!!!

This hotel is the only one in Whites City open in November. The rooms are very dated and badly need renovation. The door to the room leaks air badly (can see bright light when closed and locked). The room smells of the 100's of guests/pets that previously stayed there. The continental "breakfast" must be brought back to your room and...
