The Brewster Inn is a high-end restaurant for mainly the people residing around Cazeovia, Manllius or even Syracuse. They serve great food and their menu have wide varieties too. However, my favourite was Rib-eye Steak (rare) and their house-special salads and desserts.

A couple of weeks ago we had a dinner celebration at the Brewster Inn with family and friends 26 total. I have been there about 4 years ago and fell in love with the place and overall the quality at all levels. With that in mind, we planned the graduation dinner for our son with them. We made the reservation...

We stayed here for a weekend during a visit to Colgate and Syracuse Universities. The Inn is perfectly situated on a lake right in between the two campuses. The Inn itself has great bones and could be remarkable with a savy upgrade. There are many decor flubs that take away from the charm of the inn. For instance there are...

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate any and all feedback and look forward to working harder to making the hotel and restaurant better. We recently hired a new hotel manager and we hope to continue making improvements and changes to the building year after year. We hope you visit us again someday.

We were traveling through the area late in the evening and happened upon the Inn and was fortunate to have secured their last room. The room was in the separate building called the Carriage House located next to the main property. The Inn has lovely grounds and is located on the Lake. The room was tastefully decorated and had what...

It's our annual trip to the Brewster and so enjoy our meal at the restaurant. We love the Terrace Bar Room - the bar area is amazing and there is a great number of people to mingle with. The dining area there has a great atmosphere - so it's our favorite. I love that the menu now offers smaller orders...

We have eaten at the Brewster many times, but this is the first time we have stayed at the inn. We had a room in the main house, overlooking the lake. We had a gas fireplace and a hot tub. The staff was excellent, service was first rate. The room, however is showing its age a bit. The tub needed...

This place sits on the southeast end of Cazenovia lake. It was after dark when we arrived, so we missed the entrance at first. Note: It is just before the T in the road where 20 east meets Rippleton Road (13) and Foreman Street (20). It has plenty of white string lights to guide you, but if you've never been...

We have been coming here to eat and for special events for years. The food is always great. Wine selection very good. And the setting on beautiful Cazenovia Lake can't be beat. Every season is special there and in the warm weather you can eat out on the manicured lawn lakeside. It is always a favorite!

This was my second time eating dinner here. The food is amazing!! I have ordered the rack of lamb twice. It was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Hawaiian tuna. He raved about it. Our waiter was helpful in every way possible. Any question we asked he answered. If he didn't know the answer he went back and asked the...
