Perfect location - easy walk to everything in downtown Cooperstown. Free Parking, definitely a plus! Doubleday field right in back of hotel. Hall of Fame only a block away. This is a Super location--everything is "around the corner" and very close. C.J. is most accommodating--clean rooms, great bar--just where you need to be for anything going on in Cooperstown. I would most definitely stay here again!

Great location in the middle of Cooperstown. You can walk to shops, restaurants, and you are only a block from the Baseball Hall of Fame. Parking is free which is a plus because there is no free parking in Cooperstown. The rooms are large and clean. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Laundry facilities in basement.

Stayed here while our son was at the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Great location in the middle of town. Literally next door to the Baseball Hall of Fame as well as shops and restaurants. Within walking distance to the lake. Clean, roomy, and well maintained rooms. C.J. ( the owner) is always around and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel...

Location great. CJ is a great host. Around the corner from BHOF and located right off Main St. Free overnight parking. Priced reasonable, and CJ was fair when we had to leave a day early. He did not charge us for the last day. Washers and dryers available for $1 each machine. Recommend it highly.

Hotel has daily housekeeping, comfortable beds. No on-site restaurant, pool, etc. Two coin-operated washers and dryers. On-site parking allows easy walking access to HoF, Doubleday Field, restaurants and shops. Walls are thin and floors creak, so if noises keep you awake at night, would suggest requesting a room on the top floor.

Location-Location-Location; the Hotel Pratt is less than 100 yards from the "sacred" Baseball Hall of Fame and also the famed Doubleday Field. My wife and I visited Labor Day week and C J, the owner, made us feel like royalty with his approachable hospitable personaility that made us feel more like a Cooperstown "villager", than a southern couple invading the...

At arrival we had to check in at the bar. We were told our keys were in the door around the corner and through the alley. The room smelled of mildew and had flies. The door was unsecure with out a deadbolt for security and therefore we decided not to stay at the property and we were told that we...

My family stayed at this hotel when my son was playing at Dreams Park. There were four of us in our room: myself, my husband and our two daughters, aged 10 & 15. My parents stayed in a room down stairs from us. We all agreed that this hotel was in a very convenient place with off- street parking. It...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Very new and clean the Hotel Pratt is a recently constructed add on to the historic Hotel Pratt on Pioneer Street originally established in 1877. The current hotel features economic modern amenities and boasts one of the best locations in town. Being able to see the legendary Hall of Fame from our driveway makes sight seeing and getting around town extremely easy. Parking is notoriously difficult in Cooperstown and having free, secure, off street parking is great bonus. We're quant, economical, and an especially good pick for a week at the Cooperstown Dreams Park. ... more   less
