My son and I stayed in a suite and my daughter and son-in-law stayed in a regular room. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There was good water pressure in the shower and the water was nice and hot. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The suite had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The motel is just steps from the Baseball Hall of Fame. The one caveat I would make is that the stairs are long and steep, so it might not be the best option for mobility challenged folks. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and owners were friendly. You couldn't ask for a better location for visiting the HOF, shopping and restaurants. Everything is practically right outside the door. Everything else is just a short drive away. However, the motel had very few amenities (not even a box of tissues, drinking glasses or even a lobby) so bring your own stuff. Fair warning, our bed was very noisy and the walls seem thin. That being said, I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a clean, no-frills hotel/motel, but what it lacks in frills, is made up for in friendliness by the owners who manage the motel from their souvenir store downstairs. They attended to our needs very quickly, gave us information about fun things to do in town, and even gave us coupons for discounts at a nearby restaurant. The location is excellent -- smack dab in the middle of Cooperstown, where we were able to walk to everything, including the Baseball Hall of Fame next door. We had a wonderful time there, and recommend the motel to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean place to stay without paying an arm and a leg for it.

YIKES !!! Steep stairs. Very narrow hallways. Good location on Main Street. A good place for kids and healthy hiker types! The rooms look nothing like what’s advertised on the website. The manager is very kind and helpful with reservations and calling back promptly.

The motel was situated above two joint stores. They were both owned by the same person. When we arrived, we had some trouble getting he shopkeeper to give us our keys because it was a busy day. The room was very clean, though it lacked certain amenities. For example, the TV channel sheet was mangled and pretty gross. Also, shower supplies were very minimal. BRING YOUR OWN!!! The upside of this motel is the location. It is a two minute walk to the Hall of Fame and right in town.

If I did the trip over, I'd use the Baseball Town Motel again because of the very low cost of the room. It is about one-third the price of any other decent place to stay in Cooperstown. Also the convenience of the room was great throughout our trip. Thanks Baseball Town!

Free parking in back was great. Motel room was tiny! Window was up high and I don't believe it opened. Very outdated room and my bed must have been covered in plastic because everytime I moved it made noise! The bathroom was a postage stamp but the shower had good pressure. There were no toiletries other than a tiny slab of soap. I cannot complain about location. The motel was 2 doors down from the Baseball Hall of Fame and right on the main street with shops and restaurants.

We were there for the Youth baseball at Dreams Park, so this motel was convenient, good price and clean. We hardly were there but to sleep but it was quiet, comfortable beds and pillows and all we needed. Easy walk to cafes and Hall of Fame. Lovely quaint town. I would definitely stay there again.

Third time staying at this hotel and would not stay anywhere else. Directly on the main thoroughfare. Easy access to the trolley, restaurants, souvenirs and especially the Hall of Fame. The proprietors are friendly and welcoming, you could eat off the floors and you never have to worry about a parking spot. They have comfortable beds, cable, free wi-fi and have been improving the aesthetics each year.

The location of this small hotel was 167 feet away from the Baseball Hall of Fame. The location was great and everything was in walking distance. The owners are very friendly and were helpful. The hotel's web site has pictures of all of the rooms and you can book and pay online.

Stayed here 2 nights while in Cooperstown. Within walking distance to all restaurants and shops in Cooperstown. Room was clean and well kept. Bathroom was a little tight with no fan. Owner is very nice and chatty. We had trouble finding a hotel in town when reserving so had to settle here or risk driving everywhere. Very quiet and free parking 2 doors down from the BBHoF.
