Our stay at the Landmark Inn in Cooperstown made our trip memorable. The communication was excellent from the time we booked our reservation to the day of our departure. We were greeted by Nick—Innkeeper--who was so welcoming and helpful. Nick asked if we needed help bringing in our luggage and he brought it to our room and answered all of our questions. We stayed in the Hemingway Room which is located at the top of the stairs. The room was perfect. The Landmark Inn is a beautiful Inn and the people made us feel right at home. The location of the Inn to the Baseball Hall of Fame, Main Street and Restaurants is an easy 8 minute walk. The excellent communication continued when we were asked if we would like to sit by the fire later that night and roast some marshmallows. We met 3 other couples and had a great time talking about baseball. The next morning we had a delicious meal prepared by Vita—Chef. It was a 5 star meal. The staff serving our meal were equally helpful. Good job everyone!!! Thanks so much.

Have you ever stayed at a Bed & Breakfast and found the pictures on their website were not as good as the real thing? We did. Usually B&B's are disappointing when you get there, but these guys tell the truth. It would be hard to find one aspect of the Landmark Inn that needs improvement. The staff, the food, the rooms and public spaces, the location... were exceptional! The staff made an effort to get to know us, anticipate and meet our needs, and the breakfasts were consistently well-prepared. The owners take great pride in customer satisfaction, maybe that's why we met so many fellow guests who told us they had stayed there before. When they told us we were a 10 minute walk to the Baseball Hall of Fame, they weren't lying. In fact, they are a 10 minute (or less) walk to anywhere in Cooperstown. We drove from the Syracuse airport and after arriving at the Landmark, didn't move our car until we left the following week. The environment is safe with beautiful surroundings; each evening the fire-pit with S'mores brings guests together. Our dog was treated like a valued guest, and so were we. Can't wait to go back to Cooperstown and of course stay at the Landmark Inn. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We have done a lot of traveling, and stayed at many BnB's- The Landmark Inn in Cooperstown is top notch. The Inn is beautifully appointed, and centrally located- easy walking distance to main street and the BHOF - location is important bc parking during high season is a task (we visited in November). The bedding and bath were very comfortable with the nice soft sheets and fluffy pillows. By far, the highlight of the inn and the qualities that really set off a BNB one from another, is the welcoming staff and the breakfast at the Landmark Inn. Nick, the manager, was very accommodating answering questions and graciously working with us on a trouble spot with our plans. Vita and Terry do a fantastic job in the beautiful kitchen serving guests a 5 star breakfast in service, presentation, and the absolute deliciousness of the food!! We are known by our family and friends as food snobs for point of reference. You will not be disappointed. !! I give this Inn a 5 star PLUS.

Wonderful stay in Cooperstown for our visit to the baseball HOF. The inn is within walking distance of the museum, and the main street of Cooperstown.

There is a huge backyard with a wooded area at the end - where we saw numerous deer. There is also a fire pit which is lit, (weather permitting), with chairs, and a supply of firewood. Smores kits are available at the reception desk. A very nice touch, and a great way to spend some time in the outdoors during the evening.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We stayed in the Metcalfe suite. It was located at the rear of the inn up a flight of stairs. Be aware as with most inns, there are no elevators.

The bed was very comfortable, and we had a sitting area with a sofa and table. I would stay in this room again - although the thought of not lugging suitcases up the stairs is appealing.

The bathroom was rather large, and very functional, and had a window for natural light. Be sure to close the blind when in use!

The ventilation system kept the room comfortable and was not noisy.

The breakfast room was well decorated and the huge windows made it feel very open. Breakfast was very good both days, and service was attentive. My wife was appreciative of the temperature of the hot water for her tea.

When you check in they ask what time you would like to have breakfast. There is also an option, (for a charge - I think), to have it delivered to your room.

There is a lovely living room on the main floor and some chairs outside on the porches if you want to sit out of your room and read, or just be.

The wifi worked well, and without issue. Parking is available onsite, which is great because parking in Cooperstown is somewhat limited .

In the breakfast room there is also a supply of snacks and coffee available if you get peckish.

My husband and I stayed at the Landmark Inn for 3 days in late October. From moment one, we were taken in by its warm embrace. You'll be enchanted by the 1850s homestead converted to a B&B, beautiful antique furniture and decor, and the fantastic art painted by local artists. Come as you are because everything about the Landmark Inn is meant to be inclusive. The wonderful owners, Keith & John, and their staff are kind, genuine, and committed to providing guests a great experience.

We stayed in the Chance Suite, a huge room with a private entrance, super comfy bed and pillows, dream shower, and jacuzzi tub stocked with signature bath and body products by Hudson Made.

Breakfast is prepared with herbs and veggies from their garden. Dietary restrictions are thoughtfully accommodated. We were served Pumpkin pancakes, an Omelette Roll, and a Boursin souffle during our three-day stay. Clean Plate Club! Breakfast recipes are happily shared with guests—just ask!

Pick up your S'mores package at the front desk. Roast your marshmallows at the fire pit in the large yard behind the inn. Lounge in a gigantic hammock as you stare at a million stars in the sky. Late-night munchies? On the way to your room, grab complimentary snacks and homemade cookies and thoughtfully set out for you after the staff goes home for the night.

Landmark has taken great care to source everything locally. The merch wall displays Landmark Inn swag, including coffee mugs and sweatshirts with the Landmark logo and larger-size signature bath and body products by Hudson Made, ready for you to take home.

Landmark Inn's goal is "to delight our guests by providing genuine care, superior comfort, and engaging experiences from the heart." Every moment was filled with good vibes and kindness. Well done, Landmark! I can't wait to see you again.

Our time at the Landmark Inn was a wonderful experience. When my husband and I arrived, Nick the Innkeeper, opened the door to welcome us in. He showed us to our room, which has a private entrance at the back of the Inn, offered assistance and graciously answered many questions during our stay.

Throughout our stay we were introduced to staff and owners and everyone made us feel at home and like family. It was easy to see that the care being given was very sincere.

The Inn is beautiful inside and out. It has all the "old time" comforts you hope for and also conveniences of modern technology. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable and had many amenities. We greatly appreciate that the Landmark has wonderful 1st floor rooms, as well, for those of us with mobility limitations.

The breakfasts were so enjoyable, beautifully presented and served with much care. We were sorry to only be staying 2 days and miss seeing what great creation would be served next. Coffee, tea and snacks are available throughout the day.

When we returned home, I realized that I was missing the Landmark and those who make it special. We will definitely go back when able.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Treat yourself to the Landmark Inn experience, you won't be disappointed!

This is the best bed and breakfast that we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed at many! The customer service and welcome that we felt was wonderful. Each morning there was a full breakfast of quiche or french toast with many sides.
There were cookies in the lobby, and fire pit s'more kits available. Our room was large and very comfortable. The shower had a rain shower head, as well as two side shower heads with jets. The inn itself is a beautiful, updated Victorian with all the charm of the architecture still intact. The town of Cooperstown, is in easy walking distance to the Baseball Hall of Fame, and many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again, when in the area.

My sister and I visited Cooperstown for a VIP Experience at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and stayed at the Landmark Inn for 2 nights. We were not disappointed.! The photos on their website are accurate as the Inn is beautifully maintained and quite lovely. We stayed in The Twain Room and it was very clean. The bathroom was immaculate with toiletries provided and lots of towels and the king bed was comfortable with crisp sheets and lots of pillows. The entire house is well kept and quaint with beautiful wood floors and a welcoming vibe. The staff is phenomenal! They welcome you with a personalized touch upon arrival and treat you like family the whole time you’re there. Shout out to Nick and the chef and kitchen staff! Each morning you will get a fresh, delicious breakfast made with local ingredients. We had the quiche and French toast - yummy! Thank you to Landmark Inn for making our VIP baseball experience even better by giving us your own VIP experience and making our stay in Cooperstown memorable. We will definitely return!

The Landmark Inn in Cooperstown is one of the nicest and cleanest B&B’s that we have ever stayed in. The accommodations were amazing and the breakfasts were so delicious!!! They were great about my gluten allergy and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect…. Which it was!!! The downtown area was a 7 minute walk. There was nothing about our stay that we didn’t enjoy!!! I would definitely recommend the Landmark Inn to all. Thank you so much 😊
