My boyfriend and I stayed in the king sized room with the jacuzzi tub. We got the tour right when we arrived and were met with lit candles in the room and a gorgeous view. We were the only guests that night. The only slight problem we had during our stay was the water to our toilet was turned off...

My two sisters and I spent just one night at Villa Bernese, and it was everything we had hoped -- especially the Extreme Breakfast! I took a video of the table before we started so that my family at home would believe my account. The Villa itself has an ornate European flair, and the forested hillside location affords gorgeous views....

I certainly agree with the other posts! However, if you're like me and the "B" in Breakfast is very important, there is no way you could match what we were served. Here's one morning's fare (keep in mind that most is homemade, as the lady of the house loves to cook and bake!) Blueberry pancakes, blueberry muffins, quiche, scrambled eggs,...

We cannot begin to describe the fabulous experience of staying at the Villa Bernese. The home is positively enchanting, with exquisite collections of furnishings and decorative pieces from across the world. The room and facilities were impeccably clean and tastefully appointed. Marianne and Tony are brilliantly warm and entertaining hosts who present a breakfast to die for. It was challenging...

What a gem! The house is beautiful. There are at least 3 outdoor areas to enjoy the landscaping and the views of the hills and valley below. Tony and Marianne are wonderful hosts. And there is simply no way I can do justice to Marianne's breakfast - it was over the top unbelievably delicious (and included two homemade tarts).

All I can do is echo what each and everyone of the other reviewers have written. It was just a shame that my husband and I only had one night here on our way to Washington. Tony and Marianne are the most gracious hosts, such interesting people to talk to and their home is amazing. It's best not to eat...

My husband and I, along with our friends, recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at the Villa Bernese. There are no adequate words to describe this beautiful B&B or its wonderful owners Tony and Marianne. Hidden away in a quiet part of town, yet within easy access to the Corning Museum and Finger Lakes Wineries, (both must visits)...

Marianne and Tony were so welcoming from the moment we arrived. We felt like we were staying with our friends. They are delightful people. Their house is lovely. The view is stunning. And last, but not least, Marianne is an incredible cook. For the 2 of us, she made enough food for 6 and it was all delicious. We just...

We just came from a stay at the wonderful Villa Bernese--the hosts are so hospitable, they truly go above and beyond from the exquisitely outfitted suite to the sumptuous breakfast to the lovely home and surrounding grounds. We plan to make this a destination for future trips.

My husband & I have brought 3 other couples to Villa Bernese each year for a delightful get-a-way. We have come back many times. Tony & Marianne are the most gracious of hosts and make you feel immediately welcome with friendly conversation and a refreshing glass of wine. Their home is beautiful and relaxing up the mountainside among the trees...
