Over Valentine's Day Weekend my boyfriend and I spent two nights at The Pearl while doing the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. We picked the Pearl because of its ideal location on Seneca Lake and after reading some great reviews. We booked the Chardonnay room at a great off season rate. The house and grounds are beautiful and we were able...

We traveled with three other couples in November to the Finger Lakes for the Deck the Halls Wine tour. We chose The Pearl of Seneca Lake because it was able to accommodate all four couples and because of the reviews read read. We were not disappointed. Peter and Mary were wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming. Yes, the scones are...

For the past several years (7,8,9.....I lost track) my husband and I have traveled along with two other couples to the Finger Lakes over Columbus Day Weekend. Each year we pick a different B&B to see different places, meet new people. After staying at the Pearl, I really don't know what more I could expect to find anyplace else. The...

This place has pretty much everything you would want in a B&B. The owners are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are cozy with a great deck and view of the lake. The breakfasts were very tasty (especially the scones!) and they have a large selection of loose teas. The back yard has a nice fire pit and plenty of places...

We stayed 2 wonderful nights at this very lovely bed and breakfast. We were welcomed like family by the owners and hosts of this Inn. In their retirement Mary and Peter have chosen to build a home that could host visitors very comfortably in private rooms with private baths and with access to a beautiful deck overlooking Seneca lake. The...

We just returned home from yet another fabulous stay at The Pearl!!! This is our 3rd time staying with Peter and Mary, and each time gets better and better. The house itself is beautiful and modern, the property offers many opportunities for activities, such as starting a campfire in the evening with the other house-guests, hiking, boating, canoeing, or, more...

Our first visit to the Finger Lakes area found us spending 2 nights here. Well equipped room with fridge, microwave, wine glasses, opener, tourist info. Free wifi, satellite TV (we never turned it on!). Down near the lake is a fire pit with firewood, lighter, a tub full of blankets, adirondack chairs. Pass the evening watching the water and making...

We have been here twice and both times the experience was beyond expectations. The owners are fantastic and they make you feel very welcome in their home. Fresh made scones and fresh made breakfast every morning. If you're looking for a unique experience and a great out of the way private location you can do better. We'll be going back...

After our family vacation was canceled due to weather, my husband and I booked a trip to the finger lakes one week in advance. Lucky for us, there was one room left at The Pearl, and we booked it not really knowing anything about it or the area. We were so pleased with our experience. I am so happy there...

Peter and Mary do a fabulous job considering everything that might make your stay great from the waters/sodas in the room fridge, the homebaked cookies and mugs they send you home with, a fire ready to build by the lake, makings for s'mores, board games, mags, etc. The breakfast was also another testament to their attention to detail from the...
