We're in Syracuse about once a month to visit family, and have been staying at this Quality Inn for years. Our room is always perfectly prepared and I love the make-your-own waffles. The best aspect is the staff. I've travelled a great deal for business and pleasure in the U.S. and abroad, and the way I'm treated here reminds me...

It is always fun to go to a place where people know your name. Vicki and company go out of their way to greet me. This property is, pardon me, a diamond in the rough, so to speak. They are in the process of remodeling, but beyond that, they keep their place clean. It is very close to hotels that...

We got in really late and was put in a room that smelled like cat pee. It was so horrible and gross. We were told that was the only room available until we figured out that the toilet was totally broken. Since there were NO other rooms available in the entire town, we had to stay here. Then they moved...

We arrived late on a Friday night for a 3 night stay. When we entered our room it smelled like 20 cats had peed in it. Aside from that it was generally dirty and very poorly maintained. Asked for a different room and were told the hotel was full but they could give us another room the next day. Went...

The hotel is under renovation and I expect to see good things. The staff was very attentive and polite. Our bed was sooooo comfortable. In fact it made me realize how uncomfortable my own bed it so I just replaced my own. Although the room was dated, it was clean. I would rather pay a decent price and sleep great....

55$ is 55$. If you expect a plush stay with all the extras this is not the place. If you're looking for a clean fairly comfortable affordable place for an over night stay this will do just fine.Lo def fatback and key had to be re programmed a couple little drawbacks but it's the old "get what you pay for"

Hotel is located in the "industrial" neck of the woods, but is a close enough drive to get where you want within the city within 10-20 minutes. Right now the hotel is going thru renovations, but overall, still in good shape. I stayed on the 3rd floor, it's very nice up there, my buddies stayed on the 2nd (where more...
