although it is an upper class hotel,the staff DO NOT want to be bothered with questions.The rooms need to be dusted better.The food is edible,but that is it.Need kitchen staff that knows what they are doing,especially at breakfast.
I come to the spa every other week and love this place. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and flexible. I love the pedicures, massages and wraps. The women's lounge could be cleaned more often though.

There's really not much difference: bathrobes are provided in the executive rooms, some minor improvements to the bedding, a free breakfast, etc. If you're looking for a significant upgrade, you'd want to consider looking at the suites (which are pretty sweet :-), but that comes with a correspondingly significant upgrade in cost.
