Dale and Andrea are the most accommodating hosts that you would ever met. They are very personable with amazing personalities. I frequent this B&B often with some friends and Andrea is always there to greet us. You feel like family when you come here and the rooms are very large and clean. Andrea will accommodate any dietary request. Just let...

I recently stayed here with my son while visiting SUNY at Fredonia which is very close by. We stayed in the Garden Party Room. It was nicely decorated, clean and spacious, and had both a queen size bed and a full bed.. Breakfast the next morning was made to order and tasty. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful with...

We had a wonderful night staying at the Brookside Manor and if I end up returning to the area I would certainly choose to stay again. It was my husband and teenage son and the room was quite spacious for the three of us which is unusual for a B&B.

The Southside Room upstairs at the front of the manor was cozy, the air conditioner was set just right for a warm night, and my husband and I had a...

We stayed for six nights and found it to be very relaxing and peaceful. We had the Butternut room and it was very large with four large windows which made it feel bright and airy. Everything was very clean with an old world charm. The air conditioner worked well and the bath was large and very clean with fresh towels...

Great place to stay. Nice location. Andrea and Dale are very nice hosts. They gave several ideas on where to eat and places to visit. We have stayed there before And will continue to use them for our trips to Fredonia. Lake Erie is a short drive. Driving around the back roads you will see the Amish family's. Lots of...

We were visiting the area for a funeral service recently, and needed a place to stay that was close to the Cassedega area. We initially looked at hotels in Fredonia, but then found this wonderful bed and breakfast online, which was closer to where we needed to be. We have young children, which they said was not a problem. We...

We stayed one night, and are glad we chose Brookside.Manor. The house, and the room, had beautiful old fashioned details. Although other rooms were also booked, We heard no other noise from guests at all. Very quiet! Elegant breakfast served- wonderful. Coffeepot and coffee provided in room for early risers.
