My husband & I along with my 24 year old son & his girlfriend went to visit Sarah for her 22nd birthday. Since it was during finals week, Sarah couldn't spare a lot of time with us but dinner & drinks followed by breakfast was doable. We stayed on the third floor at the Annabel Lee. Both rooms were bright,... More

The Annabel Lee B&B is a spectacular place to stay. Patty's house is beautiful, immaculately clean and worthy of a visit. Stain glass, victorian rooms, comfortable beds and a great breakast. Located right in town. For me a B&B is all about the host. Patty is a great host and now a forever friend. She is genuine, generous, loving and... More

We first stayed at the Annabel Lee in Geneseo, NY when our daughter had orientation at Suny Geneseo in 2013. The Annabel Lee is an absolutely gorgeous Victorian home. We stayed in Han's Room, which is a lovely and comfortable 2nd floor bedroom with a private bath. The room, which faces Main Street, is very peaceful and is decorated with... More

It was Inauguration Day for the new President of SUNY at Geneseo and we were in town to visit our daughter who is a student there. The only vacancy we could find was at a Bed & Breakfast right on Main Street. On the second floor were two rooms: Anna's Room and Han's Room. The former faced west and the... More

It was my first time at the Annabel Lee but it won't be my last. The house is lovely, the rooms immaculate and the beds extremely comfortable. Pattie is a lovely hostess. If you need a place to stay in or near Geneseo, this is it!

This was our second stay at the Annabel Lee. We looked forward to this return and were not disappointed. Owner Patty arranged for us to arrive early so we could dress for the event we traveled to attend. The charm of the house and the grace of the owner make Annabel Lee a special place.

This home is on the main street of Geneseo, NY, But it is in a very quiet area. There are few noises at night, and the rooms and beds of of top quality. Nothing in this Inn is sub par, everything is perfect. It has been a while since we stayed here, but the memories last forever! I see now... More

We have two daughters at SUNY Geneseo and this is our favorite place in town. Right on Main Street, for easy access to campus, restaurants, etc. Parking in rear. It's a beautifully maintained home with comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor. Pattie always gets right back to you about availability. She is warm and welcoming and serves a great breakfast with... More

While on a college visit with my daughter, we stayed at this glorious B&B. The house was spectacular & the Inn Keeper (Patti) even better.
