I am late with this review but promised myself I would write it eventually to show my appreciation to Three Tree Inn and its owners. I stayed here in July for my birthday weekend and had a wonderful experience. The BnB was beutiful on a quaint street but only a few minutes walk to the down town of Geneva. The...

We stayed at the Three Tree Inn this past weekend. Not only does it have a perfect location but its owners, Paul and Marcia, are extremely gracious hosts. The Inn is located a short 5 minute walk from downtown Geneva. We stayed 2 nights and did not have to use our car at all during the stay. We walked downtown...

Paul and Marcia have thought of every detail to make your stay in their home a wonderful experience. The rooms are all so fresh and clean filled with lovely furnishings and beautiful linens and fresh flowers and herbs from their beautiful gardens. Too bad for us that it rained and we didn't get to sit under the tree for which...

My husband and I stayed here last year and loved it. We couldn't wait to come back this year. 2 nights was not enough...I want to live there! It's spotlessly clean, beautiful and comfortable, wonderful breakfasts, the inkeepers Paul and Marcia are amazing, and the location is gorgeous. We plan to go back every year if we can and I...

Paul and Marcia are gentile, solicitous and friendly while allowing their guests the space to find their own enjoyment in Geneva and its surrounding area. We stayed in the delightfully cheery Catalpa Room which was well-appointed with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Paul's yummy and filling breakfasts are topped off by Marcia's freshly-picked herbs (see photo). The living...

My husband & I went to Geneva for Musselman Triathlon weekend [we were highly impressed with the races - best we've participated in]. It was our 1st wkend away without our daughter so I thought it'd be nice to stay at a B & B. Wow - did we ever make the best choice! Marcia & Paul were genuinely nice...

Paul and Marcia have a ‘real’ hidden gem! The detail and thought put into everything at The Three Tree Inn is wonderful. They made our stay such an enjoyable time that it was very hard to say goodbye. Paul’s breakfast in the morning was of 5 star quality and Marcia eye for detail in the smallest of things made our...

Everything about our stay at the Three Tree Inn felt like pure luxury. I cannot say enough about this gem. Paul & Marcia made our stay a memorable experience. From the fluffy towels to the beautiful breakfasts and the little fresh flowers placed in our room - it was magnificent. The Three Tree Inn is sited on a beautiful suburban...

BEAUTIFUL inn, very cozy and comfortable. The proprietors, Paul and Marcia, went out of their way to make our stay relaxed and pampered. We had the Catalpa Room, a 2-person suite. The beds are very soft and cozy-- lots of pillows! The TV is very small (it's a computer monitor LCD with TV cable and DVD capability) and is tucked...

We had a long drive from NH to Toronto on Xmas Eve, and stopped in Geneva at this B&B for the night. The Inn is lovely - especially all decorated for Xmas - and the hosts were so welcoming! The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. All around, it was a great experience.
